Mr Teak Arvostelua

We are really pleased with the quality of the bench and delivery was on time. We would definitely recommend the company to friends. Just one small downside was the instruction sheet which, to someone with limited DIY experience, might be challenging.

Product was damaged and the only way I could get a refund was to disassemble and re-package but this wasn't possible given that wooden dows had already been fitted as part of assembly

Excellent pre sale advice and guidance, and delivered within 24 hours of our order.
Looks great, very sturdy and nice golden tones of teak.
Thank you.

First class service. Ordered Wednesday evening, delivered in person yesterday morning. Table and chairs are lovely. Really pleased. Thank you.

Very attractive table of good quality which goes perfectly with our garden bench. Good communication with regard to delivery too.

Product very good Delivery dates changed several times leading to unnecessary time away from work to anticipate delivery

Table and chairs exactly what I wanted but I dowl on chair had a broken dowl but we manage to fix it.

Excellent product at a very reasonable price. I only wish I had purchased the fitted cushion at the same time!

The furniture is good, with reservation. when it arrived it wasnt on a tail lift, so had to be dismantled on the back of the truck & carried off by hand. I didnt realise it had to be assembled by hand.
Lots of cracks in the wood, some in vital joints, so will have to take extra precautions to protect it from British weather. Some cracks will have to be wax filled & drilled & dowelled.
Photographs taken for proof. For the price & condition, an umbrella or cover could have been included in the price.
Fortunately i havent got much time left of my life, so will enjoy it whilst i,m alive.

Prompt a and good communication

Arrived safely took my son aboutc20 mins to construct. Good quality am very happy with it.

Great quality product & excellent post purchase support and service

Table is very nice quality. Customer service promptly replied to my emails requesting delivery update.

Have used before. Good price, quality and delivery
Also quite enjoy putting them together.

Sadly, I was given three
(3) separate delivery dates over a 6 week window. I still have not received my item (the bench was perfect for my client) and have requested a refund due to having to purchase. From someone else.
I am still waiting for the refund.

Very disappointing. Waiting further confirmation/correspondence of refund.!

Product is lovely and exactly as described. Not at all difficult to put together.

Ordering was easy and straightforward.
The product arrived earlier than they said.
Delivery was good.
We like our garden bench set very much, it is well made and does the job!
And the best thing was that it came ready assembled.

Top quality chairs that will last. Very helpful staff informing me of delivery; highly recommended.

The table I bought from Mr Teak was good quality and exactly what I was looking for, the only issue was how long it took to arrive and without any correspondence to let me know of time frames/delays

Disappointing quality as defects on surface of table right in the middle.
