I purchased several items from Mr Porkamo and the order was delivered on 3rd December 2025. One of the items did not fit so I contacted them to return the item. I dealt with Andrea. There is no returns procedure in place with this company for items that are premium and expensive. You have to arrange everything yourself. A poor level of service given that you are purchasing premium items.
Andrea told me to return the item but no further details of what courier to use. So I used Royal Mail. The item was returned to them on 4th December 2025. The courier tried to deliver the parcel back to this company on 23rd December but it stated on the tracking service there was no one at Mr Porkamo to accept the parcel. A card was left at their address to inform Andrea/Mr Porkamo to make arrangements to collect the parcel. It was held by their postal services. I contacted Mr Porkamo on 5th January 2026 informing Andrea the parcel needed to be collected. She replied to me on the 8 January 2026 that she had personally gone to the post office to collect the parcel but they informed her the parcel had been returned to the sender i.e. ME! Strange that the tracking still showed the parcel was being held for collection and suddenly changed after Andrea went to collect it.
It is now 31st January and I am still waiting for the parcel to be re-delivered to me. There is no further update on the progress of the parcel online since 8th January 2026. I have no goods and consequently have lost the money I paid for the item I have returned.
After contacting Andrea and asking her to go and collect the parcel from their post office, Andrea had the audacity to state in one of her emails to me I should have used DHL or UPS to return the item to them. But at no time did she advise me to use DHL or UPS when I informed her I needed to return an item.
I believe this company is well practiced at shirking their responsibilities if you need to return items after purchasing them from their website.
Andrea has stated in emails ‘don’t worry we will fix this’. My advice ‘DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM’. They take you money at warp speed but should there be an issue with any items in your order THERE IS NO RETURNS SERVICE AND YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR REFUND!!!!
Avoid purchasing from this company at all costs. I will be contacting Royal Mail to see if they can ascertain where the parcel is? BUT I will also be contacting the European Consumer Rights Group opening a case and reporting Andrea/Mr Porkamo. They obviously repeat their behaviour for any returns - see Jeff’s review below absolutely the same treatment as I have received. They have no intention of refunding your money should you return items to them. I am also going to contact Kiton head office as I am a client from their shop in Rome and I will be alerting them to the treatment and lack of service being provided by this company selling their clothes! And if I have to I will also be posting on Social Media to alert others to the abysmal service I have received from Andrea and Mr Porkamo!
I have sent Andrea an email stating that for a company selling premium items they should have adequate returns services in place. She replied ‘don’t worry there are no problems for your next orders’. Andrea do you really think anyone is stupid enough to place another order with you or your company when you do not support returns or REFUND them????
PLEASE PLEASE ANYONE OUT THERE WANTING TO PURCHASE ONLINE FROM THIS COMPANY…”DON’T! Should you wish to return anything you will be wasting your time and losing your money!
UPDATE 3rd February 2026
It is now 2 months since I returned this item to Mr Porkamo - still no further updates on the online tracking system! As you can see from their reply below I am still receiving messages from them promising to deal with this situation but delivering nothing! How long do
Mr Porkamo/Andrea/Ferdinando another contact who has sent me messages, expect me to wait for this 'unpleasant situation' your words Ferdinando, to be resolved??
A situation wholly created by yourselves and NOT your CLIENT!!! I will continue to update this situation on Trustpilot until it is satisfactorily resolved.
