Product not as anticipated/reviewed. No phone to contact. Very poor response to emails.

I received the train and it works great. I had one for years but a gear on the motor shaft broke and I replaced it but it just spins on the shaft. So I was glad to get the new one.
Is there anyway to get the old one repaired correctly?

The tree I ordered was such a great bargain. It is more beautiful than I expected. Great quality and price. Perfect for Christmas.

My experience is a mix of good and bad.
I have sent TWO emails to the customer service email address in regards to my order. I have yet to receive a response concerning my order. The snow globes are next to junk — each one has a defect- and the light battery doesn’t want to stay lit. Would not recommend to anyone. The glass Christmas tree was okay but disappointing— I thought it would be clear glass and not painted silver. The green Christmas tree was beautiful and very pleased with it. I have it up and plan to keep it up year around, using it as a night light. I would recommend it. And the little green tree ornament is also excellent. That was the reason why I made the order in the first place. A little church in Kansas was passing them out at Christmas. Love it so much it lead me to your website- because I had never heard of you.
I would still like to have an answer to my issues—- maybe this can get that done.

Great quality and excellent attention to service. The after Christmas sales enticed me to purchase items for next year! My favorite has to be the climbing Santa! Our grandkids Love it.

I bought a few items from this business earlier in December, and the most important one arrived damaged. I reported this the same day I received it and asked them to please expedite it that it was a Xmas gift and very important. They said no. To date this issue has not been resolved yet; about a month after I originally placed the order and way after the holidays. Don’t buy from this business unless you can afford to be out of your money for weeks until they do something about it and enjoy the aggrevation

I’m very pleased to have purchased this music box I received it on Jann7 th my anniversary of 30 years it came on n time I set it up played music and i brought my wife into the kitchen where I temporarily set it up she enjoys music boxes so it was for we liked the music it played and will enjoy it many more yes s thank you

You sent me the wrong item, I sent you proof that you sent me the wrong item and you still won’t give me a refund so I’m never ordering from you again and neither will any of my friends or family

My order required some corrections made to it before it shipped. I made multiple attempts to email and phone call to the contact customer support regarding the changes required. It took multiple days for emails to be responded to and shipment was already made by the time the first correspondence was received from Mr. Christmas customer Service Department

I love the nostalgia of your products. Please continue to make these classics. My daughter loves love the "old school" looks too. I have already bought them Christmas items for their Easter baskets!

I have always wanted a carousel, a friend had one from years ago that she had purchased from Mr. Christmas.The product was delivered as promised and packaged well. I am totally satisfied.
