Very impressed with shipping such a breakable item. Arrived in perfect condition and the tree is beautiful. I cannot wait to change the lights for each holiday. My only issue is my tv remotes change the color on my tree and it will turn it on if the tree is off. We couldn’t figure out why it was randomly changing colors and we finally realized it was our tv remote. That’s kind of weird and just a little annoying but nothing we can’t work around.

I only received one

I've ordered from Mr Christmas for the last two years. Last year I ordered 6 items. When I opened them for the holidays I found the music box was broken but because of the length between my order date and discovery there was nothing to be done. Fair enough. This year I received a wrong piece. I had ordered an inflatable but received a pink ceramic tree. As of today there has been no resolution. There's no phone number so everything is email and response time is very slow. I just want what I had ordered and paid for.

Have many Mr Xmas products and the quality as well as customer service seem to be improving. I would suggest continued development of lighting to improve the visual display!

The tree was even better than we expected! Easy to assemble and the lights are so beautiful and bright! I love that there is a timer and setting for different blinking!

The phone could use an upgrade to have Santa coming through the handset instead of a speaker on the phone, it takes away from the authentic feel of actually talking on the phone, the older kids don't like this. Also it was frustrating getting the system to connect to our network being most networks run 5g now leading to long setup times. Otherwise once everything was setup we found it very helpful to understand what the kids truly wanted from Santa during the calls. And having the ability to screen the call via the Christmas dashboard was priceless in helping us have a successful and memorable holiday. Thanks

I absolutely love my new Mr. Christmas ceramic tree. It’s the largest in my collection at 2 feet tall and it has ALL the features I’ve wanted for my other trees- it plugs in, I can change the timer, and it has light shows. The delivery was very quick and it arrived nicely packaged to assure its safe delivery. Even with a few dings and such on the outside shipping box the internal box and item were unharmed. Thank you, Mr. Christmas, and I can’t wait to further add to my collection each year.
