UPDATE
I received an e mail 25/03/2025 (after my review) asking for tracking no of the return. I provided it the same day, it is now 3 days later and still no reply, still no refund and still not answering my calls to the number on their website. The proof of return has provided a picture of the trainers been delivered. Hopefully my edited review will prompt another reply from Mr Browns !!!!!
I returned trainers for a refund and i have e mailed and called them with no reply

Good service over Christmas period

Omari was very helpful through my purchase. I had an issue with my original order and Omari was very proactive with the process and organised a collection and sent a new pair out to me. Couldn’t recommend him enough and Mr Browns.

I had serious reservations after ordering my uggs because you receive no email confirmation whatsoever after taking money so it was a concern so tried to cancel order but again no reply and were also £50 cheaper elsewhere but out of the blue a week later they arrived, very pleased with them so am keeping them

Must improve communication with customers because this looks scammish - whatsapp number down, no replies to emails

What can I say..... ordered one of the most popular products 4 days before Christmas, price was very reasonable for said item, item was shipped the same day and arrived 2 days later!! If that ain't service, I don't know what is!? I will definitely be a returning customer. Thanks again Mr Brown, service how it should be... hassle free and exactly as stated!
