One of the best services!
One of the best services I’ve personally experienced, initially surprised they actually had the supreme top I needed, and even more surprised when it arrived in perfect condition, and delivered so quickly! There was communication between I and the owner who ensured that everything had ordered arrived on time and made sure I was satisfied with what I received, this was very welcoming customer service displayed, and I will for sure be purchasing again, top stuff !

Disappointed and Let Down – Poor Communication and No Delivery
I genuinely wanted to support a Black-owned business and initially felt reassured by the positive reviews, despite seeing a few negative ones. I decided to give Mr Brown’s Exclusive a chance—unfortunately, I now regret it.
I placed an order for the Asics Gel Kayano 14 Jasper Green (UK 4.5) over a week ago. I received a confirmation message through my number, but nothing through email and since—no dispatch email, no tracking, no genuine update.
I’ve contacted the business via Instagram, email, and phone, and was finally told I’d receive an update before 6pm that same day. That time passed, and I heard nothing. Still no response. No effort made to keep me informed despite chasing on several occasions.
Their shipping policy and product page clearly state “next-day dispatch” and “fast, reliable shipping.” None of this has been delivered given my purchase was made at 9am on the 15th May 2025. It’s now approaching a bank holiday weekend, and I’m due to fly on the 27th May 2025, with these shoes being the sole reason for the purchase.
This lack of professionalism and communication is incredibly disappointing. I’ve made every effort to reach out respectfully and give the benefit of the doubt—but at this point, I feel ignored and let down. If the item isn’t in stock, a simple message would have sufficed.
I tried to support a Black business because I believe in investing back into our own, but the service I’ve received does not match the promises made—and unfortunately, the negative reviews I dismissed were actually right.
Until this business improves its communication and fulfillment processes, I cannot recommend them to others and will be making this known through my social media.

From my understanding, you didn’t receive any confirmation via email as there wasn’t an email entered into your order. I’m glad to hear you received this information via phone number. Tracking information is sent via email, so this will be why you didn’t get this update.
On the item you ordered, the lead time was 3-7 working days, this is available on the email confirmation - however I understand you didn’t receive this. Today is the 5th working day since your order.
We aim to respond to all customer queries within 24-48 hours. We called you back within the hour to discuss your concerns and texted you with an update. I apologise this wasn’t done at the time you were told.
I can see we have processed your refund and this will be within your account within the next 3-5 working days.
Thank you for your feedback and we will work with our team to contact customers with missing contact information on their orders, so we can prevent future communication issues going forward.

Ordered a Moon Swatch polar lights. Was skeptical at first due to the number of fakes being sold online but after it arrived, I can confirm the product is legitimate with receipts provided. Would definitely recommend and will be reordering in the future.
