The customer service and communication was excellent when I had a problem with the courier service. I would recommend Mr Barks.

The notifications I received we great. Advising that my item had been shipped. As shipping was taking longer than expected i contacted the support line.

They were absolutely wonderful answered my query straight away and advised they would look into it and get back to me. Which they did.

Although there was a mess up with delivery, customer service was straight on to it and Loki & Bill were in their seat within a day!

I accidentally put the wrong delivery address when ordering a product from this business and the follow up service was absolutely fantastic.

The delivery did still go to the old address but I was informed and kept up to date every step of the way.

Poor quality and fit. The material and the board strength is of low quality and the webbing straps thin, short and flimsy. Their policy is "once it’s taken out of the packaging it can’t be returned". Therefore, one can’t see the quality or the fit.

Mr Barks car seat has been a game changer. Have purchased several times for other cars and has honestly been the best thing. Customer questions were answered and followed up in an expedient way and delivered in a timely manner. This is a fabulous Australian business.

Great product and excellent after sales

The product I purchased is great ,but the delivery took a bit of time and the package was left in the rain and was spilt open. There was nothing missing and the single dog bed is great ,also the staff at Mr barks were very helpful and it was a great outcome in the end .

I have not received my order which I placed on the 15th June 2026, I checked the tracking details and it say's it's in New Zealand, I live in Adelaide SA, I have been in contact with MrBarks and I am getting nothing in return I paid $139.99 and I have asked for a Full Refund, and still no reply, I will be taking the matter further.

Ordering was easy. The product is superb. Received in great time after order was made. Very impressed.

The product has been installed and my dog feels really comfortable in it which is great!

I had a problem with the internet when ordering my dog mat and was charged the full price despite being advised there was a discount price. I emailed them and explained this, not expecting anything and they immediately refunded the difference.

I ordered my Dog car seat cover from Mr Barks as it is an Australian Company of which we all should be supporting (Australian Companies). The package was delivered on time, and the quality of this product was very satisfactory not to mention the follow up support service was second to none. I will not hesitate in supporting them again and recommending them to my fellow dog loving friends.

Excellent customer service from MrBarks, immediately contacted me back when I enquired about the eta of my product, I would purchase from again based on this alone, but the product is amazing my dog is very happy not sliding around the back seat of my car and I am reassured that the car is protected.
