Recently bought a couple of rugs from Haus and Harbour where the service has been excellent and quality of rugs brilliant. Although I had to return one rug, as did quite fit our space, the refund process was easy and processed promptly. Great overall experience.

The ordering process was easy and delivery was quick.
The rug is lovely and I’m very pleased with it except the colour wasn’t as described. It was supposed to be beige, the label said it was beige but in actual fact it is cream. I still like the rug but probably won’t return it as I would be concerned as to what actual colour a replacement would be.

My experience with Hausandharbour has been absolutely amazing. So happy with this rug! It arrived quickly, feels lovely underfoot, and looks exactly as pictured. It has really tied the whole room together and made the space feel much more cosy. Highly recommend!

I hate to be the negative reviewer, but it was just not the colour or quality I anticipated from the photos. Very hard to tell on a screen what the colour is and the way the photo was taken highlights the colourful angle of the rug, but turn 180degrees and its a totally different rug. Not sure if there is a solution to this but even with a returns policy , its not easy and you still feel stuck with a wrong choice. The rug feels nice but its thin and lacks the rigidity a quality rug has (ie it is easy to kick up on the floor). Against my better judgement I should have purchased a rug from a physical store. To say something positive however, it did arrive quickly and in good condition.

Was delightedly surprised. The rug arrived swiftly and looks exactly as it does online, enjoy it very much and looking to get a couple more.

Rug arrived faulty, initial customer service was great and was promised a new rug to replace. After following up was advised that a new rug had been processed and would receive tracking details the following day, however I am still waiting after nearly 6 weeks with no updates. Wasted $500 on a rug that came with a hole in it.

Thanks for the reply, unfortunately it has been said twice now that the rug is on its way, I don’t think it takes a month for postage. Also there have not been any updates on tracking as promised.

I chose my rug online and I was worried it wouldn't be as good as the website image, but it was perfect. Love. I hadn't heard of this company before so the dispatching and transport updates were also reassuring.

Very rapid attention to my order and delivery. However, the colours of the rug I purchased were much lighter/paler than those on the website, even allowing for photo inaccuracies. The actual rug was far too pale and unsuitable and I passed it on to others. Otherwise, happy.
