Exceptional service from start to finish. We had Eddy who did the quote for us, came in best price for what we needed doing and offer 0% finance options which is brilliant if you can’t afford one off payment. The quality of the composite door and 5 sets of windows we had is amazing. The two men who fitted them John and Matthew were so friendly and chatty, it’s not nice having work done to the house and all the mess but they were cleaning up after themselves and left little to no mess at all. They couldn’t do enough! They certainly went above and beyond a big thank-you guys! Brilliant company and will recommend to people.

Four new windows fitted. I used to have to put the heating on for two hours to warm the house up now I turn it off after half an hour. Lovely windows with leaded top panels. Clean and tidy workmen too. Thank you so much. Second job I’ve had with excellent service

Gareth and Scott have been with us for two days fitting new windows throughout including a fabulous front door. Tidy, clean and excellent fitting making what we thought would be a difficult two days a breeze. Very happy with the quality and whole experience - would totally recommend MPN.

We recently had a conservatory installed by MPN. We have been very pleased with the workmanship from the original ground crew who dug the foundations and moved drains to the installation of the conservatory itself along with the plasterer, electrician, plumber and people who installed the floor. Personally I am glad we opted for a radiator along with the under floor heating as we now have a well insulated and heated conservatory that can be used all year round. Many people have commented on how nice the conservatory looks and the good quality workmanship that has gone into it.

Needed some additional work done on my stable door that was fitted previously by MPN. Great aftercare service, communication with Emma at the office was spot on and then Darren who did the work was excellent. Really happy, thanks.

New front door and side panes installed. Slight hiccup in the ordering but MPN was very helpful and got the issue resolved quickly. Really pleased with the overall service, install and quality. The two men who installed the door and side panes were really polite, helpful and genuine and a credit to the business.

MPN installed a new front door which has enhanced the front of our house. Excellent service with quality products. The fitters were professional efficient and had attention to detail. MPN recently fitted a new sliding door from our kitchen into the conservatory, and replaced our tatty, outdated conservatory with a whole new one. Everyone we dealt with was lovely and professional throughout the whole process from quote to installation, and they kept us updated throughout the process especially when our conservatory installation had to be rescheduled due to the weather. The two conservatory installers, Ryan and Rhys were brilliant, working hard throughout the day in the cold and providing an excellent and professional finish. The new conservatory has completely transformed the look of the house!
The only issue we had was waiting such a long time between the quote for the conservatory being accepted (May) and the installation date of November. However this was due to weather and waiting for materials to be ordered in which i appreciate is completely outside of MPN's control, and the finished result was so good that we can't complain about this! Would highly recommend MPN to any one and we will be contacting them in a few years time once we need our windows and porch replacing.

Just had my windows fitted as so far so good. The house is much warmer and they look great. I had a few companies quote and whilst MPN are not the cheapest, I had the best customer experience with them from start to finish. John and Darren were professional and friendly and the 9 windows were fitted in no time!

Recently had all of our windows replaced and bi-folding doors. Absolutely thrilled with the outcome as we had previously poor fitted windows which were causing issues. Eddie was the sales manager who took the time to go through the materials of the windows and what would be the best options for us. He wasn't pushy on selling there and then and we were able to take some time to think about it.
We agreed later that day to go ahead and 10 weeks later we had the installers turn up. Darren and John (installers) were brilliant. We originally had three days scheduled but they had broken down on the road the first day but they made up for it over the remaining days to ensure all of our windows were installed by the agreed date. I couldn't believe how much two of them did in just one day - they didn't stop!

Will definitely be a returning customer for my front doors in the future.

Had a conservatory built by MPN back in a July. I have to admit that when we signed the agreement the salesman said it runs like a “well oiled machine” and to be fair it did for the most part. When one trade finished their work, they liaised with the next and we were contacted for the next lot of workmen. All the guys were great workers particularly Chris who took great pride in his work, and they never said no to a can of Coke. 😀😀. We did have a few problems with the conservatory roof windows which took a while to sort out, but we got there in the end.

Conservatory looks great now and we are really pleased.

Requested quote from MPN back in April for an extension on our kitchen as my sister had them for a quote a couple of months the exact same spec. extension as we wanted. The salesman came out, spent 40 mins talking about himself, then looked at house and gave us a price £18,000 over what my sister had been quoted. We text him a few days later to say cost was too high and we wouldn’t be going ahead. Just had a thumbs up emoji from him.
Put a review about our experience and how we felt the price was just ‘plucked from the air’ after a quick look at the house, how could they justify such a difference in price for 2 quotes for the same spec. etc. My husband was contacted 20 mins later by the MPN asking if we would take down the review so they could put things right which we did. The owner came out a few days later which we appreciated and told me his salesman was brilliant but he had made an error. I asked how there was such a vast difference between two quotes of the same spec and he told me the salesman had also made an error with my sisters quote as well as it should have been a lot more. He quoted me a new price which was more reasonable and we agreed a start date of 28th July.
By beginning of July I had not heard anything and rang them to check all was ok. I spoke to thier other salesman who informed me they had problems, they could not get any materials and had loads of work on hold with customers. I asked why no-one had rung me to pre-warn us of this as we had everything ready for the work to start. He said he would get the owner to ring me immediately. Spent nearly a week of ringing and being told he would ring me back before he finally got back to me. He said the problem wasn't due to lack of materials, it was because his salesman and builders had left. He still didn't answer me as to why he could not have forewarned us about this, but he had stopped all future work to concentrate on all the existing jobs and was trying to get some builders on-board and to give him 8-10 weeks to get things moving again and also said my extension would definitely be finished before end of the year. I gave him the benefit of the doubt as these things happen and agreed to wait the 8-10 weeks. We had to put our new kitchen on hold and as we could not start this until after the extension had been done and he was well aware of this as I told him on the phone. He also suggested I email him my paperwork for his architect not to have any delays which I did the same day and he would keep us posted.

9 weeks later - no contact whatsoever from them. My husband had by now made the decision there was no way we were giving a seven thousand pound deposit to a company who treat their customers like this and resigned ourselves to the fact we would have to look elsewhere next year. Our kitchen would now also have to wait because of it.
I emailed them to say what I thought of the treatment we had received and how they had affected all other work we had planned, all because they didn’t have the common decency to keep us updated on what was happening and we could have gone elsewhere from the start.
I had an email back from the owner, (has my number but clearly didn’t have the decency to phone me with a proper apology), saying ‘sorry I felt this way but they were under immense pressure. They were not doing any more conservatories/extensions for the time being because it’s just one thing after another, and a lot worse since they last spoke to me’ !!

I replied saying regardless of what issues they had, they could have contacted us to inform us this would no longer be going ahead instead of ignoring us after we had waited all this time. I said I had taken my original review down in good faith, only for us to be treated like this again, TWICE! so I would be putting it back.

Final insult was an email from them to accuse me of blackmail!! I have nothing I want from this company anymore nor will I ever want in the future, so have nothing to blackmail them for!

I’m quite shocked to hear that you found me to be an ‘ordeal’?. Perhaps you could elaborate on what you experienced with me as we’ve only ever had 2 conversations in 6 months. Was it during the visit which YOU asked for because your salesman had, as you put it, ‘cocked up and had a b*****king from you* and we chatted in my garden and you thanked me for being so understanding?
Or was it during the ONE phone call I had with you where you told me of the troubles you were having with that same salesman and that ‘you couldn’t understand why he said what he did about me, as I was a lovely lady’. Or am I not remembering it correctly? But I'm more than happy for you to elaborate on our discussions so that I can address them.…
Reading your comments to other previous negative reviews on here, were all these customers an ‘ordeal’ to you as well? Your comeback has only proved that we were the ones to have a 'very lucky escape' so thank you!

Had a conservatory fitted a few months ago. They took the post out of my fence to remove part of it, this has never been replaced. Once the bad weather starts I’m
Expecting the fence to fall down as there is no supporting post. The guttering is overflowing and leaking. I’ve made numerous calls and no one ever calls to rectify these faults, I just been met by excuse after excuse. I was told they would be here fri pm, once again no one turned up or phoned. I had to phone again today just to be told they just answer the phone. This company is fine until you require after sales service, then they don’t want to know. I’ve made recommendations to friends but after this I won’t be recommending again.
Oh and when it came to paying the owner tried to add extra money on saying the quote was wrong and he was practically giving the conservatory away!
Obviously the quote was given accepted and I wasn’t going to pay any extra!

We had bi-folding doors recently fitted with MPN, excellent quality and service nothing is two much trouble. We had previously had windows with them some years previously and was impressed with they service then and they didn’t disappoint this time. Highly recommended

Had my old porch completely reglazed, three new windows and two doors by Nathan and his son from MPN windows. Excellent workmanship, incredibly clean and very friendly. Would have no hesitation to have more work done in the future, or to recommend to friends and family.

I booked an appointment for a quote, one of three companies I'd picked. I had a phone call this morning to confirm the appointment the day after tomorrow? Yes, of course. And will your partner be there? WARNING SIGN! Why? Do you have the authority to purchase...? RED FLAG! For readers information, I'm a financially independant woman, and this is 2021. Appointment immediately cancelled. Futureglaze didn't ask these intrusive and unnecessary questions.

UPDATE. Had a voicemail from MPN at 15:05pm on 21/08/2021. Apparently a mistake had been made by a trainee on her 1st day. He also said that they serve "singles, doubles and triples" at MPN. I recorded this call and have retained it.
First, I don't believe a trainee on their first day would pluck phrases employed in the high pressure sales techniques from the 1990s out of thin air.
Second. The message strongly suggested the issue at hand was my relationship status.
Bullet dodged I think.
