Piotr was great. I came to him with severe back pain and he immediately made me feel better by reassuring me (he knew exactly what was going on) and the treatment and exercises he gave me helped with the pain and I was much better within days of the first appointment.

Piotr is fantastic, gets you back to full health!

Movement Perfected are an excellent studio, very professional and covering all basis on physical therapy.
Chris has looked after me for a long time to get my back in order, and Piotr has now picked up with a series of excellent exercise sessions to strengthen my back after a recurrence. He has been brilliant and very supportive.

Best physios I have ever been to - they consider the body as a whole and provide a tailored service and exercise programmes (which change over time). They provide very useful videos for home exercises, including videos made during the sessions. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Piotr has very quickly become a key part of the Movement Perfected team helping me manage my fibromyalgia. He is able to adapt his sessions to perfectly provide what I need in any appointment and provides an excellent balance of manipulation and exercise. And he is lovely too!

I was referred to Chris for shoulder pain I had been experiencing for quite some time. Chris addressed the issue straight away and offered me a personalised plan. A week later I was pain free! Chris is knowledgeable, calm and patient. He has helped me to regain my strength and offers me the motivation so every week I am looking forward for my session. Can’t recommend highly enough!

The whole experience was professional and knowledgeable, Piotr was able to identify straight away my shoulder problems and over a period of a few visits managed to resolve any issues I had. I would certainly recommend Piotr his attention do detail and knowledge were impressive.

Brilliant physio. Peter Pope was recommended to me by another physio who had moved out of London. Peter treated me before and after I had to have shoulder surgery to repair a SLAP tear. He helped get me back to doing all of the activities that I wanted to do - surfing, yoga, skiing, climbing, swimming, and managed to get back full range of motion. Peter is incredibly knowledgeable, and really pushed me with the exercises he gave me to help me recover. Nothing was rushed, we spent a lot of time getting the basics right, which then allowed me to race through the strength phase when it came to it, because we had built good foundations. He is also a thoroughly nice guy to spend time with. Great setup in the studio with all the equipment you could want. I would 100% recommend movement perfected, and Peter Pope, to anyone.

I was referred to Elinor and Lauren in the Marylebone practice for shoulder pain i had been experiencing.

My issue was accurately pinpointed and identified, along with an appropriate exercise / strength and conditioning programme, which i will continue with.

My shoulder is feeling much better now and i would highly recommend The Movement Perfected practice for any form of physio / rehabilitation.

I'm really happy with the support, training and guidance I have received from Chris as I recover from a major injury/surgery. He's listened to where I want to return to in terms of fitness, pushed me and provided unique building blocks for re-gaining strength that I would certainly not have come up with on my own.

Chris and the team are super professional, really delve into your specific requirements and develop treatments based on your capabilities. Loads of good advice and encouragement - which is very much needed! Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Peter has resolved a long term back issue that was impacting both my physical and mental wellbeing. He combines both a physical and mental approach to enable the individual to manage and resolve their physical issues. His use of props and technology aids the sessions as does his ability to engage at any level. I was very fortunate to be referred to him and Movement Perfected. Highly recommended.

Really like Chris, very knowledgeable and looks at things logically which I like. Been seeing him a couple months now and have been making good improvements in strength and getting less pain. I have seen a lot of physios in my life and Chris is one of the best. Would definitely recommend.

I was seeing Peter for a knee injury leading up to the London marathon. He listened and understood what my goals were and helped me to get through the training whilst managing my injury. Peter is clearly very knowledge and experienced, I was able to run my marathon pain free, I’m not sure there is a better endorsement than that!

Movement Perfected The service received felt listened too and provided me with realistic goals and treatment second to none. Practical advice, tailored exercises and massages to help with pain management. Physio is a long process but if listen and do whats required it will get better. I can not recommend Movement Perfected enough. I have been seeing Physio, Peter Pope for years and when I was initially referred to him, I was told he was one of the best. I can only echo those words.
