Had great sessions with Amy to fix my shoulder injury, rotator cuff particularly. She was very thorough in explaining the issue and working with me on the exercise plan. Shoulder felt almost back to normal after just 5 sessions.

I was in a lot of pain with straigh neck and severe shoulder damage from rugby and sport. Peter over a period of 4 sessions gave me some simple and practical excercises to follow which greatly alleviated the pain. This was amazing as I had tried 4 other physios and was almost about to resort to surgery. My objective of getting back on my road bike and cycling pain free has been achieved. Thank you

The equipment is of excellent quality, and the environment is superb. The infrastructure is very good as well. Elinor has helped me greatly with long-term neck and shoulder pain, supporting me to build strength in weak areas whilst still maintaining an exercise routine, which was tailored perfectly to what I wanted. She has also given some other practical advice to support ongoing postural health which has made a big difference. Working with her has been a pleasure and I feel at the end of my treatment positive about continuing to avoid injury and understand my body much better.

I was getting serious neck pain that was affecting my ability to cycle. I booked to see Alex following a recommendation from a friend of a friend with a similar problem.
About five months on and my neck, shoulders and general core strength feel completely transformed. I am doing races and long rides of up to eight hours without any problems.
