Mouse House Cheese Company Arvostelua 

My first order but most definitely not my last order.
The Christmas cheeses were so very yummy and enjoyed by all our festive guests and family.
The Festive Tree along with the Festive Star and Christmas Pudding cheeses were simply delicious and mouthwatering
I honestly cannot remember the last time I enjoyed cheeses like The Mouse House Cheeses, I cannot wait to order further delicious delights.
This company is 10 Stars ++++

Lovely cheese, purchased on QVC and fell in love with the truffle cheese, unfortunately I cannot find it on their website so hoping it isn't a limited addition as I love it. If you come across it and like truffle, you need k try it!!!!

I was getting a bit worried about my order, for a Christmas present, as I'd not received a despatch email. Contacted the company by email and received a response stating my order was due for delivery the following day and was given a tracking number. Received the parcel today and very happy with my order and the customer service I received. I imagine they have been incredibly busy at this time of the year so I was very impressed with the speedy response.

Ordered cheese on 16th December now 24th
No cheese no communication and they are shut
Until 3rd of January
AVOID TOTALLY SHIT COMPANY.

Ordered mid October for a "guaranteed" Christmas delivery. Received no further contact until I had to chase it up last week. So far I have received: one dud tracking number; two false dispatch confirmations; and no cheese. Since it's now gone 3pm on Christmas Eve, I'm guessing the "special delivery" it was supposedly out on today never happened.

AWOL order #101195: I want my money back.

EDIT 19/01/2025: This was refunded after the fact, but I never got an explanation from either the seller or the courier on how my order disappeared off the face of the earth. It's nice cheese but I'm not going to order online from them again, and will restrict any purchases to when I see them at food festivals etc; not worth a repeat performance.

Ordered in plenty of time for Xmas. Only half order sent. Chased and order promised on immediate dispatch for next day. Not received. Chased again, again 24hr dispatch tracking number given. Due today. Number not recognised so too late for Xmas. Lie after lie re delivery. Dire service. Nobody there until 3rd Jan to complain to. Product may be good, I don't know!!! I want my money back.

I have had a few orders from Mouse House. They are always well packaged, and delivered fast. They have a great range of flavours and types of cheese all sealed in wax allowing them to have long best before dates. My small criticism for the company is that there appears to be no communication from when you place the order till you receive the goods. It would be helpful to know the order is on its way with a n email. However I have never had an order go missing and never had an issue. Great company.

Ordered every year without fail however this year, heard nothing about my order, contacted them and again heard nothing
They have good marketing campaign but it regards to customer relationship it’s gone to the dogs - won’t use again

I placed an order on the 4th it arrived within the week. I placed an order on the 14th today is the 21st item still not despatched, spoke to them 18th def being despatched before the end of the week. Now Saturday no record of despatch or message from Royal Mail. Left two messages not had a call back. I’m a new customer and I’ve spent over £60 on cheese this month never again will I used this company now going out to find cheese as this was a gift. Went out to buy cheese from a local deli got back cheese on door step not great, still no notification from mouse house or post office notifying of pending delivery. I realise it’s Christmas but the website was taking orders up until 18th at midnight for Christmas delivery, maybe they should fulfill orders before taking new ones. Mouse house have now replied a month later and it does not help I have cheese coming out of my ears now.. I ended up with 12 truckles not ideal when only one person eat cheese in the house. Like I said I needed for a gift for 23rd but only needed half a doz

Absolutely amazing cheese truckles, have visited the shop in Lincoln and also placed several online orders since :) The black as coal cheddar is one of our favourites, but they are all so tasty, you can’t go wrong! Would highly recommend x

After my original order was lost in the post Marie was incredibly helpful in getting a replacement order sent out as quickly as possible.

I discovered the 'Mouse House' company after receiving a gift box for my birthday. Since then I have had a few orders to give as gifts and all recipients have been thrilled with their cheeses. The cheeses are delicious and in my experience the service is second to none, always delivered promptly. I will most definitely continue to use this company and look forward to maybe some new flavours in the future.

A great local Lincoln company with a huge range of flavoured cheddars. Super fast dispatch and delivery. I'm just gutted the horseradish cheese has been discontinued due to issues with horseradish! However I'm super grateful for having the flavour combination made by Mouse House, as without them I wouldn't know the delights of it!

Perfect as always. This is the 3rd time I have used Mouse House and I have never had any issues at all. See you next time.

Ordered a few times as cheese is really lovely & plenty to choose from. I made a mistake on this order & I asked for it to be amended which was done straight away, without any question. Arrived super quickly

Again a wonderful order. The cheese is lovely. Love the Moroccan zest and the chilli cheese!
