MOU Boots Arvostelua 18

I am a 58 yrs old women who loves fashion . I bought these two months ago don’t wear them in rain follow aftercare on all my boots and trainers and although I find them nice looking and comfortable The stitching has started to come loose also the soles on the back are starting to wear . I am 9stone 5ft 6 so not over weight to put that much pressure on a sole . I have had Ugg boots for years and have lasted me years . These were full price Mou boots so not cheap I even considered buying the jewelled ones for 275.00 but nope I am so disappointed in these the soles need to be looked at on these boots and although the stitching is supposed to be hand stitched it’s not good enough . Sorry won’t be purchasing again a real let down !!

Mou's slippers are of extremely poor quality. The sheepskin on the inner sole lining started to come off within a few wears - they look old and cheap now. Not what I would expect from slippers costing nearly £100. I am very disappointed.

I bought some sandals from them just to find out the same ones 80€ cheaper at other websites. When they came I still had to pay additional 28€ in taxes. Tried to return them but they didn’t send me the right paperwork. Tried to email them in 10 different occasions and until today I got no reply. Plus they are really uncomfortable and smaller than the size they should be.

Nefasto, compra y entrega muy rápida pero llevo 10 días intentando hacer una devolución y no contestan a nada.... pongo una estrella xq no puedo poner cero, impresentables....

Penosa página, solicité una devolución, me enviaron la etiqueta y ninguna agencia vino a por el paquete…
Envío emails y nadie contesta…
Siendo una marca tan conocida no sé cómo tienen este servicio pésimo…

Bought 2 pairs of shoes, same size, one pair is right, the other pair is over an inch smaller, mostly likely tagged the wrong size. Have been emailing back and forth with customer service about returning but cannot get a straight answer on whether I will be out of pocket on return shipping and import duties, or whether they will replace them with the correct size pair and cover those costs (since it’s their error) So disappointed, why is good customer service so hard to come by these days?!

So bad. I got a pair of their boots through free people and loved them and wanted a pair of shoes too so I ordered direct from mou. The shoes were so uncomfortable I couldn’t wear them. The soles were hard inside with a hard ridge that gave me blisters. Why??? They had one job- comfort- and they were the most uncomfortable shoes ever. They gave me the run around about returns before finally sending me a link to ups to create a label. I asked for an address to put on the label. They wrote back and said I have to create the label, they can’t do it for me and I have to pay for it myself. I said that’s fine, I know, but I need you to tell me the address. This happened 3x before they sent me this response. I thought it was funny but also exasperating.

Ganz schlechte Qualität, nach einem halben Jahr lösen sich Innenfutter und Nähte! Für den Preis nicht akzeptabel.

Pakketje is helaas nooit afgeleverd en de klantenservice is totaal niet behulpzaam. Reageren bijna nergens op als je ze mailt en als ze al reageren krijg je geen fatsoenlijke reactie.

No pidáis en esta página, servicio al cliente es nulo, hice una devolución que llegó a sus instalaciones hace 10 días y todavía no tengo noticias del reembolso, les escribo y nadie contesta, debería haber leído las reseñas antes, jamás volveré a comprar nada de esta marca, mucho cuidado.

Ik heb een stel laarzen gekocht via Zalando van Mou maar wat een geweldige kwaliteit laarzen!!! Echt heel erg blij mee en heerlijk warm. Via Zalando is de service erg goed, wellicht goed om via hen te bestellen begrijp ik van de andere reviews.

So wish I had read the reviews here before ordering. Echoing what everyone else has said. Company is based in Italy. They ignored all emails I sent so you will have to call customer services and pay the cost of the international call. You have to pay for a courier to Italy for returns. Cheap soles that will last no time at all. AVOID

NEVER BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. Boots came looking like they had been worn for 10 years. Called to start return and they informed me I had to pay to get this HUGE box (ordered 3 pairs boots) shipped back to Italy, not even here in the UK. Argued over the phone when the sales rep had the audacity to tell me that I should read every single word on a website before ordering. TRASH COMPANY, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE and now i see other people's returns have been refused. I'm very worried as this is over £500 worth of shoes

DO NOT ORDER FROM MOU-ONLINE.COM unless you are absolutely sure that the boots/shoes will suit you!!!
They do NOT pay the return and the return to ITALY from the UK is a nightmare!
I paid £15 for the return postage and sent with the trucking service to the destination more then 2 weeks ago. The last tracking info was 1 week ago that the item has arrived to some Italian post depot. Since then no more movements! I have now to truck the parcel and not even sure whether I will ever see my £160 back :-( very disappointing

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered some slippers earlier in the year- tried to send back - they don't do free returns even on full price items even though I emailed them to check. I paid for postage to Italy and it came back to my home address as the shipment was not accepted. I have contacted the company but they have been super unhelpful. I've had 2 pairs of Mou boots from Outnet but I'll never order again on principle as will not deal with companies that have poor customer service. You have been warned!

Cheap and tacky Ugg imposters . Bad experience all the way around .
