It would be nil stars if possible. Undisclosed charges added to cost of car. Additional charges not shown on eBay or disclosed by salesman. We paid a deposit and was given false info. This is obtaining money by deception. They have agreed to refund but we haven't received it yet. BEWARE

The Volvo XC40 I purchased on behalf of my nearly 80‑year‑old father was advertised as having leather seats, a rear park assist camera, and a power‑operated tailgate — all essential features for his comfort and mobility. The car was delivered directly to my address, as we live a considerable distance from the showroom, meaning I had no opportunity to pre‑inspect it. But realistically, why would I doubt that these key features wouldn’t be included when they were clearly stated in the advert?

When the vehicle arrived, none of these features were present. This is a clear misdescription and completely unacceptable. On top of that, two keys don’t work, and the screen‑wash reservoir was completely empty, showing a lack of even basic preparation or safety checks.

I raised the issues immediately and provided screenshots of the listing as evidence. Instead of offering any meaningful assistance or compensation, the dealer declined every reasonable proposal and relied on small‑print disclaimers. The listing was inaccurate, the car was not as described, and the after‑sales support has been poor. Buyers should be extremely cautious.
