I contacted Duncan recently as I needed a car to replace one which had been written off. I gave him a spec for what I was after (small car 1 litre) and he came back to me a few days later with exactly what I was looking for, he did absolutely everything to ensure that everything was on point, MOT, service, everything. Then a couple of days later, he contacted me to let me know that he had another car which he thought I might be interested in... Whilst I was very happy with the first car, this one was worth looking at - and, yes, I was very interested in it and subsequently bought this one instead, I'm even more over the moon with this car! There was no hard sell, he just gave me another option which was very much appreciated. It's the second car that I've bought from him over the years and I can honestly say I wouldn't go anywhere else, I trust him completely and he has really proven his worth. Great experience - will definitely use again. Called Duncan having seen a car on auto trader that I liked. Duncan was polite and friendly when arranging viewing. When we arrived for a viewing, he said we could take it for a ride ourselves, but didn’t know the area so asked if he would join us - was friendly, no pushy sales tactics. When we got back, there was an oil leak under the car - Duncan basically said, that’s getting fixed or I’m not selling you this car. Fixed it within a couple of days, and gave me copies of the invoices for the work. Very pleased with my car. Very painless process selling him my old car, too, for a very reasonable price.
