Really good service with brilliant customer service

For the 4th time we have bought from Motorpoint, left us alone to walk amongst the vehicles to locate something that we liked, when called upon the staff were professional from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Speed of service, not pushy and walked round the sales yard with ease not being pushed to buy. Great value too

Great company, Widnes branch is very local to me. Bought a lovely Juke, less than 2 years old for a decent price. Would have liked more for my trade in, but can't have it all I suppose, hence the 4 stars instead of 5.
The salesman, George was very good, as was the lad who did the paperwork the following day (forgot his name).
Would definitely recommend and would use again.

Lewis was excellent, not pushy and answered all my questions, I don’t have much time so it was quite painless and relatively quick… love the new car !

Missing parts of the car. No reply to my Customer Care request. No return phone call yesterday from Henry at Widnes. No response to my email to original contact F Ramzan. Widnes staff fobbed me off when I called today saying I should have noticed the photos!!!
Car original equipment included a V2L cable and wheel nut covers.
If not being supplied, Motorpoint should say so in the description just like a missing key.
Not good enough considering all the cars I have purchased here, and my two daughters. Leaves a bad taste.

Purchased a Ford Focus ST from here in April 2025. Have noticed paint discolouration, pealing off, my parking sensor not holding onto the bumper correctly, did a HPI check and found that the car was involved in an accident in 2022 which they failed to inform me of so the repair work was pretty much ‘bodged’. Motorpoint are now refusing to sort this issue out. I have now contacted Motor Ombudsman for their input!! Feel massively let down by motorpoint and will never been returning as a future customer.

First time I've used Motorpoint as I've always used Ford dealers, found staff accommodating and helpful, car I liked was in Stockton and at first the price for my car was far less than quoting on line, salesman agreed car was in excellent condition, walked away and offer was improved and a deal was eventually struck. I dealt with Luke who was very helpful with any questions I had and when I picked up car his colleague who showed me the car was very good also. Had a problem with paying using card as the company don't use and I wasn't informed and had a return journey home to use on line banking, sorted and picked up car, however the experience I received was between 4 and 5 stars and would recommend using Motorpoint, my son was alongside and hopes to use Motorpoint next time, happy with car, would use again

Salesman was lovely- very helpful and knowledgable. There was no pressure to buy a vehicle- we were given the keys and left to have a good look on our own.

Car was dirty when arrived so had to wait for it to be washed. Car wasn’t charged ready to take away so had to come back later to collect so could be charged. This is my third vehicle from motorpoint and I must say I was disappointed compared to previous visits. However, I love my new car
