Contacted customer service via website. Valid extended warranty claim rejected due to Motorpoint mistake and not a single response. 5 cars purchased for family and the first time assistance needed nothing received. Won’t use again.

Easy viewing online; easy shipment of the car from one store to our closest one for a reasonable fee. Special thanks to Geoff Allen from the Stockton on Tees branch who was excellent from start to finish. Explaining everything and sorting out the necessary so we were road legal. This was my fourth car purchase from Motorpoint. I let them know what I am looking for, they search their nationwide stock of cars and email me with potential matches. Professional, friendly and helpful
From initial contact to walking out with the keys to my new car, everyone was professional, friendly and helpful. The car was like new and ready for me to drive away. Very happy with the service received.
