Motorpoint - Peterborough Arvostelua 

On going issues with motorpoint. Still lying even with response to my reviews.
My dad bought a Peugeot 2008. July 2025, was advised motorpoint had done a full service at point of sale. This turns out not to be true!.
I was requested to call customer care as such a negative review, I did and was advised they'd call back in 20 minutes. Didn't happen. They're response on here was they had contacted the owner of the vehicle. Obviously I asked both my mum and dad, this was another lie.
I found Charlotte at motorpoint customer care really rude, it transpired today she was also aggressive and rude toward my Peugeot dealer when they requested information.
I am not and nor are my parents or husband liars. The implications of this were unacceptable. We were told car had been service. As Charlotte wasn't there she needs to be quiet!
I would avoid motorpoint like the plague, they want to take no responsibility for anything. Only thing they want to take is your money

The friendly staff , the professional approach to everyone, good range of motors

We have bought quite a few cars from motorpoint and have always found the service excellent.

The car I bought from Motorpoint was very good value for money. It is the car I wanted and the spec meets my needs. The car is in excellent condition. I also got a px on my old car that exceeded my expectations. The process from start to finish ran smoothly meaning I could drive away that day with my vehicle.
Only issue was that leading up to my visit I had a few questions, which I initially asked both Derby & Peterborough, but emails were not responded to. I did ring and the questions were answered accurately and professionally.
Overall a great experience and I would buy again from Motorpoint

Helpful knowledgeable staff and no high pressure sales
I completed a part exchange and the process was quick, straightforward and seamless

Everything is made so easy for you from choosing the right car to when you drive it away.
Very helpful & friendly staff which is why I have got my last 6 cars from them & never had any problems.

The service was good and everyone was friendly and helpful.
We had a snag with the payment system but that was rectified quickly

Motorpoint is a great place to go for your cars. They listen, will do anything to help what is right for you. No pressure to buy or take extras. Genuine help and understanding to your needs. No judgement. Would 100% recommend any of the staff and products.

Single day service not achieved due to no code for car tax. Had to go back the following day. Staff were very accommodating and apologetic but it was very frustrating. Otherwise all ok

Great service from Henry and Kelvin. Thank you Kelvin for going to the prep centre to get the car after we unexpectedly turned up to view it.

Friendly welcome, sales staff were good not pushy at all, but communication between sales & repairer dept was abit slow , but must say the 3 ladies on front desk were great, each one were helpful couldn’t do enough for us kept us updated too well done 👏🏻 to Milly, Beth , Beth H who I believe has not been there long was so helpful & attentive , these are a credit to the company 👏🏻
