Motorpoint - Ipswich Arvostelua 

Business model wrong. Should have a cooling off period of now week for the car. Having to pay £350 up front (£199 plus delivery) then having to make an on the spot decision doesn’t allow for any real consideration. Then to be told that the fee for exchange within a week will be £600 given the extra owner is shoddy

Cameron Higgins was honest, fun to do business with and the team at Ipswich Motorpoint that we had contact with were all incredible helpful. Very efficient. Done at they promised, it was a pleasure buying and selling a car with them .

Great customer service, very polite and helpful team, especially James Gittin from head office and Connor from the Ipswich office.
We were told the car would be ready to drive away when we viewed it, but the service history was not available to view when we arrived (they said they would send afterwards) but this should have been available on the day as we then had to make a second journey to collect (I wasn't happy to buy a car without seeing service history). Overall though a great buying experience and would highly recommend motorpoint for your car purchase. Thank you

Knowledgeable staff. Friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. The staff made the car buying very simple. Non pushy Sales team which is good I think. We were difficult customers is so far as we kept changing our mind on which car we REALLY wanted. Thus didn’t faze the team who were understanding. Ollie and Cameron dealt with our sale and they were both professional.
