I wouldn't have given even a one star but I had to put something down.
Well I don't really have anything positive to say about this company, they lie to you, they give your car back very dirty with the mess that they made while doing the repairsand say that they don't have to clean it.
They screwed back on broken plastic wheel ach protection and didn't tell me and do very very shotty paint work where the paint onder the clear coating resembles orange peel.
I took it back to them to rectify they told me that the paintwork was as good as the rest of the car... not true.. they said they will buff the top coat and order a new mud guard protect. They said it could be weeks before they could fix it.
After about two months I rang Youi my insurance they said moter one had said I didn't turn up to get it repaired but I didn't get message of when to bring my car in. They told a lie.
When I rang them up and said they lied they hung-up on me. So I don't know when I'll get my car fixed so rude...

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Absolute rip off merchants. Took over a month to even get back to us and only did when we had to chase them up. Then they denied our legitimate claim for leather repair on the steering wheel, saying they only cover food and drink stain and sun damage (top of steering wheel larger all peeling off). Combined failure with the dealer who sold us the car who sold us the sham in the first place.

$1,500 for a a cheap charger and half done tint job.
Skip these guys, source your own charger, cable, tint, paint protection, and be happier.

Charger supplied in the $1,500 budget for "Accessories and Tint" we paid.
Ezi Power - 10Amp! Others do 15amp.
10Amp = 10-13k's range per hour
15Amp = 15-20k's range per hour.
60 k's more over night 8 hour charge.

A quick search shows 10 chargers from $165 to $550.
All can do either 6-10amp or 15amps.

Ezi Power, brand new on Marketplace for $200.
When people get them they don't want it.

Which means over $1000 remaining for the tint!
So it's gonna be awesome right!!!

$1000+ for a window tint should get every window tinted, all the way to the top.. Right!

Not with Motor One.
The TESLA Model 3 has two top windows.
Rear windscreen and the ceiling glass, they are not one window..

After you pay, they then send you instructions and tell you to choose, tint half way up the rear window, or none at all...

AFTER YOU PAY THEM, then they tell you. You can't make an informed decision.

Stay away from these shysters, spend your money on better stuff, even if you spend a little more, you will get 5X the quality, and at least you will be getting what you paid for.

Car window tinting has bubbled and peeled in 2 areas. Motor One has denied liability under the warranty, having assessed the damage from 2 photos I sent them. Sloppy unprofessional service clearly working in their favour. Do not expect them to honour their warranty.

Schmick Car Care Club is an absolute scam. This product was bundled into my novated lease.I submitted a repair request online for a minor scratch however they have decline the request. I advised them over the phone that I was unable to take a quality photo as the reflections was quite bad. They have refused to review the case or provide a valid reason and now not responding to any emails.

Motorone head office deny warranty even when their own experts say it is covered. We had the car protection completed - lifetime warranty.
Their head office warranty department reject a claim from their computer; even when their staff (20 years experience) who inspected the car say that the claim is covered under warranty.
Very disappointing and now have to go through the laborious process of consumer claims...
