This was my first time selling a car to Motormoolah and I would 100% do it again!
The whole experience from start to finish was professional, efficient, and clearly explained at every stage.
Motormoolah valued my car at £2,000 more than one of their more famous competitors and once my car was inspected and verified during the collection process I received the funds into my bank account within seconds - no quibbling or trying to push the valuation down.

What a great experience. After being messed around by other companies and us being out of pocket, I was Dubious. However Jade was lovely- explained everything clearly. Didnt have pushy phonecalls (infact no phonecalls, which is great for me!) Car collection was great by Hamer group (Lewis). Collection took 35ish mins. Small test drive(which you can go with the driver) and photos sent to the garage. No price adjustments on the day. Paid in full in seconds. I wish we had come here 1st! We certainly will in the future and would recommend to friends and family. Really fair price and more than other competitors. It really was stress free.

Super experience from Ben at Motormoola…
Super experience from Ben at Motormoola and Shuj from car collection agents SB Vehicle logistics, in selling my 2019 Honda Civic to them.
Ben was pretty swift in response to initial query and we settled on price quickly. Price offered was far better than other car buying sites who I had also dealt with.
I was upfront with some minor issues on car, which made the collection process easier as was able to say it was previously discussed with Ben.
Payment was swift and Shuj was reassuring throughout the whole collection process.
I would not hesitate to recommend Motormoola if you wish to sell your car hassle free for a price in excess of what a main dealer/other car buying sites would offer.

Simple process
Simple process, offered me £300 higher than next best competitor. Collection and appraisal took 25 minutes and money was in my bank within that time, received before the car was taken and no haggling on price on my driveway.
Minus 1 star as communication could have been better, there was a bit of waiting around and chasing up to the point of collection.
Other than that, I’d use this company again!
