we've been using Motia for some time now, the set up was smooth and hassle free thanks to the help and support of Leia Hobson our account manager. We are regularly updated on price fluctuations and I have been impressed with the communication of expected price hikes due to world events and being tipped off to fuel up before those take effect!!

I acquired a telematics product via Motia but when calling up to confirm the engineer visit, found out that the money had been taken but the process hadn’t been folllowed internally and the sales agent had taken the day off without completing the sale so I was never going to get the products in time.
They have agreed to give me a refund which is why they don’t get 1 star.
Just overall very disappointing as they presented a great solution.

By being friendly and clear in explanation of your product

I was told that I would only get charged £9 a year but sadly the paperwork does not reflect the price but rather shows it at £18. Not the agents fault. So I will keep this updated as it goes along.

Very bad company
First they call the customer to use there service then they deduct the money from account and after that they dont activate the card and then again they deduct the money fron account still not activated the card dont use these company very bad service

I have been extremely pleased with the service and commitment provided by our account manager Jake Dawson. Constantly keeping me up to date on services available and fuel prices, his assistance in switching our account over made it a very smooth process. Highly recommended.

Easy to log an issue and a quick response with relevant explanation

At Vital Workplace Training We do about 6000 miles a quarter between me and my business partner, this just made sense but getting it set up and working was made so easy by Harry Illingworth. Also love the check up calls to make sure everything is ok. USe Motia and Harry worth every penny

My Account Manager Helen is great, she keeps in contact and I find her to be friendly, professional and positive. She is always trying to get the best deal possible.
The price she offers is always the price we pay.
The portal is easy to navigate and saves us a great deal of time when checking our fuel usage each week.
This is the first fuel company that I have worked with in the last 25 years that keeps their word.
