Moria have signed me up without my knowledge. It’s a service I wasn’t asked about or needed. Unbelievable
Since my review my account manager rang & asked for this review to be removed. He said this fee & service would be removed from my account. Nearly 2 weeks later the fee is debited from my account & no response from a follow up email to reimburse.

Motia are quick to respond personally to all emails and to ensure that the customer is fully supported. This is very reassuring and you know that you are in good hands.

I love using this fuel card company. When i have a question regarding invoices, prices or cards I always receive clear answers. Customer service is 10/10.

Wyvern Cargo Ltd have been using Motia (Formally Fuel Card services/Bunkercard) for many years. Throughout this time their service has been excellent, without question and any problems resolved promptly. We use the BP Cards because we know the fuel is decent quality and the Bunkercard sites are easily accessible, on or near main roads/motorways, with little or no waiting involved thus keeping downtime to a minimum.
Special thanks must go to our Business Manager, Jackie Ellerbeck, who is one amazing person. Always helpful but thorough and professional at the same time.

I have had dealings with Helen Simpson for a number of years now and her polite, consistent and unwavering determination has meant we are now customers of yours. She is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I have regular courtesy phone calls from her and they are both professional and personal, proving that she has a genuine interest in her clients.

We've been dealing with Helen Simpson for over a year now and nothing is too much trouble - she always deals with our enquiries and requirements quickly and is a breath of fresh air to speak to - cannot recommend her highly enough!

I was called up in relation to taking out a fuel card for my business the First Lady who I spoke to was called Caroline and was amazing she explained all the cards to me how they work and which would be best for myself .Caroline also said she would be my account manager so any issues to call her .

Then out of the blue I needed to send in some documents I had a call with a different staff member not Caroline

Last Friday the cards arrived but I was unable to use them due to issues loggin into the MOTIA home page so I sent multiple emails and got little Responce I then decided to call them after 3 pm on a Friday and th phone just rang and rang and rang . No voicemail to say closed .so at the time my driver was sitting at a petrol station needing fuel No one from MOTIA was available I even tried my account managers phone no answer no Responce to emails at all .staff do not out that they are out of the office onto their email so you don’t know if they have received th me email or not .

ONce I had emailed to say I was going to cancel the cards and use someone else then I had multiple people email me to which the issues did not get resolved and they were not interested in changing the website for their correct opening times

I will give them a chance for now but they are not good for customer service

I understand that I have had a Responce but still no contact from this company the customer service is totally disgusting.

Had an issue with our account this morning and Toby was fantastic! He sorted everything quickly and gave great advice to help our business run more smoothly with Motia. Brilliant service!

The issue of fuel prices quoted excluding vat as not explained. As a part time sole trader I no longer claim VAT back and so the prices of the fuel card are effectively higher than the pump price as it is working within the vat margins which I don’t qualify for.

Really Great service from Ben Lee at Motia we had to act quickly as fuel escalated high and Motia managed to get us the best rates as a company and cards out also offering a great deal through Ben

Seamless experience this is possible because of the staff, in our case Ken, he sorts everthing out from start o finish. should we have any issues or just questions Ken is at the end of phone. Great service thanks guys.

I was called my motia to set up a new a new fuel card. Jack was the one that handled everything and made it quick and simple. I've even referred a friend because of how easy and risk free it was to set up.

I've been a customer of Motia for several months and my account manager, James, has been extremely supportive during this time. He is in contact with me weekly to enquire about any problems and update me on upcoming fuel prices. This enables us to fuel up the vehicles before price changes the following week should there be an imminent price increase.

We’ve had a fantastic long-term relationship with Motia and specifically Ken, who currently handle all of our landlines, mobiles, and tracking. Their pricing is excellent, but it’s the support that stands out—they are always helpful and frequently go the extra mile to assist us. A highly recommended partner for any business.

Esme has been amazing at opening our account, updating us with the progress, highly recommended.

Despite the fact Jacqueline was very nice and professional we can't buy fuel ⛽ off Motia as we have it cheaper elsewhere.
