We have had our curtains for about 5 years. Good quality and good customer service. My only complaint is they simply do not stay put in any windy situation and even after I used their suggested snaps installation which helps minimally at best. I’m currently looking for a better solution that will handle some wind and stay put. I’m talking any wind over 10MPH these won’t work!

Ordering process was simple however the rest of the experience was quite frustrating and expensive.

Items shipped out on time and were delivered on two different dates. We set aside a Saturday for installation but were dismayed to learn a couple of things:

1) Screens are sent out unfinished. FYI you will be required to install the snaps on the side panels yourself.

2) Although there were three quality assurance signatures on the packing slip, the screws required to install the rails were missing.

Our contact replied quickly to our email, apologized and said they would send out the screws. Unfortunately, after over two weeks we still had not received the screws and decided to return the product.

The cost to return everything was over $150. We didn’t mind having to install the product ourselves, or even paying more for a quality produce - but we didn’t realize the product was unfinished.

We were willing to work past that, and even past the missing installation screws - but at the end were truly just disappointed we had wasted so much time on this and couldn’t even get all the materials needed.

Kurt and his team were so helpful! I have a local screening service that denied my project but Kurt assured me that the solution was to provide a custom cut approach. I've finally been able to go outside and my wife has even taken to making a porch garden

Our patio was wide. It was 20+ feet. With the wind, it is just a giant sail and it comes apart instantly and won't stay closed. It is next to worthless for us. If you want to get it to work here is what to do. 1) Only use on opening less than 10 ft. 2) Find a handyman before ordering (the clock is ticking once you order) 3) Order, Install, and Test at the height of mosquito season. Do it instantly. If anything goes wrong, you have 6 weeks for refund. By the time we discovered it was a disaster for us, time was up. So basically, this *MIGHT* work for some. The salesman will tell you it will work for *ALL*. They don't seem dishonest, so they believe what they are telling you. But they are horribly wrong.

TERRIBLE. I do not recommend this product to anyone solely for the fact that it's a custom sized product which requires working with their planning team - something they state they offer with all orders but was not offered with my order. The result is a terrible experience with sloppy looking mosquito curtains.

I even asked for a planning session, and was told they don't offer these for all orders.

The result? A very sloppy designed solution for my deck that has multiple zippers and requires climbing a ladder just to adjust the curtains.

If John had offered a planning session as THE WEBSITE CLEARLY STATES WILL HAPPEN, this entire issue could have been avoided.
Instead, I was sent (and paid for!) SO MUCH excessive hardware that I could install several more mosquito curtains without any additional supplies.

Not only that, but when I contact the support team to inform of this issue stemming from the lack of planning session, their response is to not only charge me $25 for 1 curved tracking piece, they want me to pay shipping as well.

All of this back and forth, and the expectation for me to pay for the additional hardware, all because a planning session didn't take place?

What an absolute joke this entire experience has been.
The "satisfaction guarantee" page states several reasons customers are unhappy with the product and all are due to user error. In my case it's in fact the exact opposite - I read the instructions on your website and had my expectations set from that. YOU were the ones to drop the ball by not having a planning session that your website clearly states will happen, and YOU were the ones to not confirm if curved or right angle tracking would be more appropriate.

I'm incredibly disappointed in this company. If it wasn't so obvious that Kurt put a lot of effort into this small family-owned business, I would be moving to return this entire order as it's been non-stop issues.

I have purchased a few different types of curtains over the years that were cheap, two years ago I got curtains from this company and put them up on my deck and it has been a game changer.

I live in the woods with a lot of bugs and this keeps them completely out and it looks nice as well.
