The staff was very friendly and polite. This is the second time I’ve made a lamp with them, and this class was smaller. I think the smaller class was better for the staff, they were much more organized and things were overall less chaotic than my first experience. I would like it better if it was run more as a class, with instructions and demos given to everyone at the same time, rather than table by table. This is why I drop a star, since it’s not structured like a class with clear instruction times and work times, if you’re ready for the next step, it’s confusing whether you should wait or call the instructors over for the next steps. I think a little more structure would help enhance the experience. Overall I had a great time and really enjoyed this experience and would definitely do another.

This is the 3rd lamp I’ve made here. I love the classes and coming home with something I can keep forever or give as a personalized gift. Thanks for doing these !

The instructors were friendly and easily explained the process to create a lamp. The set up of materials was beautiful and made it easy to create your glass mosaic. They had lots of color choices and lamp options. Instructions were very clear. This took a lot longer than it was described online so plan for 2+ hours to complete the mosaic(we were there over 3). The hardest part was trying to transfer the design you built to a rounded glass surface. Overall experience was fantastic and I would do it again.

Made the projects easy to put together talk to us about every step of the process and when we took it home, what we should do and I got an email with more instructions

This class was an absolute blast, the instructors were a mother daughter ( I totally forgot their names) and couldn't have been more kind, sweet, and easy to learn from. My only suggestion for the next time, possibly a larger room? Or easier to sit and navigate without being cramped.

I will definitely be either purchasing a kit for home or signing up really soon!!! This was such a fun and amazing experience - worth every moment

The instructor walked us through each step. Answered all questions . And festured each of our creations as a masterpiece, Made us feel special. The instructor and her assistan were very attentive to all needs in the class. I would do it again!

I truly enjoyed this class. It was great to see so many people enjoying themselves. The instructions were clear. The instructors were very personable and very patient.

It was a unique, fun experience. I would recommend doing it.

It was a lot of fun. Loved doing this with my family. My only complaint is the tables we sat at was very cramped. They need to put less people at each table.

I loved it. The grout was hard to work with because I have never used it before. Otherwise it was fun and beautiful.

My mother and I had the best time ever! It was so fun crafting and just having a good time.

Disappointing experience. The product I received was not the one I ordered, and the item shown on the website was not actually available in the color shown. Additionally, parts of the craft process felt inefficient and not very well thought out. Overall, it did not meet expectations.

Excellent guidance, great products, kits were very well setup - overall enjoyable experience and I love the finished product!

Definitely something different to do and make. My daughter’s birthday gift. We traveled a hour and a half and it was well worth it!

I came to the studio as a “do over” offered because the at home kit did not work out well for us. They were kind enough to offer an in-studio class for free. It was a very nice experience, they had plenty of colors & options. I only took off 1 star because I would’ve liked a bit more guidance and instruction while making the globes. They came out much better than when we did it at home. It’s a fun and creative outing!

Our instructor, Bear (sp?), was great! He explained everything very clearly and thoroughly; and walked around able to assist anyone during the making of our projects. I'm so glad I signed up and am planning on going again; and bringing friends this time!

The class was great, I’ve never done a mosaic before and the instructors lead to you step by step but give you full creative freedom.
It’s also a great bonding activity for family and friends.
My lamp came out beautiful.
Would love to go again in the future.

Everything upon opening once received looks as advertised with nothing broken. Haven't gotten all our gals together yet to make the lamps, but we are excited to try it out!
