The 5# bag of Coconut Soy Candle Wax is…

The 5# bag of Coconut Soy Candle Wax is a joke. The wax is so hard that neither setting in the hot driveway with the sun baking it, or placing it in a hot bath did anything to soften it enough to get out. The bag is too large to fit in my microwave and move the turntable. I ended up cutting the bag open and placing the unused wax in gallon bags. Not a good experience. And I'm normally very fond of all Bramble Berry products.

I trust the brand to do the right thing.

It was easy to navigate the website. There are so many options, and I was able to find everything I was looking for. I trust the brand. I like that it's woman-owned. I feel like Bramble Berry wouldn't sell me anything with unethical sourcing, or with bad chemicals in it.

Always a good experience

Fragrance oils

I had two fragrance oils leak during delivery, but this was resolved quickly with new bottles which I reallllly appreciate. Also, the scent is so beautiful. Really happy with the fragrance oils.
