Ordered tiles for the bathroom for the second time. Very nice looking tiles, well presented at the web and simple to order. However, DHL lost track of my tiles so I contacted Mosafil customer service and got excellent help. Thank you!

I honestly don’t know why there are such bad reviews on this company but let me tell you, don’t be put off by that (if you are also based in Ireland as I think most of the negative ones are UK based and it’s actually customs issues rather than mosafil issues. I had an excellent experience with them, the product came pretty quickly considering it was coming from Germany and I bought natural stone tiles and they are excellent quality. Shipping was a little expensive but again, they are shipping literal heavy stone from mainland Europe so what do you expect! 10/10 recommend if you can justify the shipping cost in the overall price of your project. Will be purchasing another order from them soon.

Schelle, unkomplizierte Lieferung.
Ware ist gut und Farblich, wie im Katalog beschrieben. Fliesen könnten einwandfrei verarbeitet werden.

The tiles have just been installed and grouted, and we're very happy with them. However, 1 star is lost due to unexpected £60 import tax bill and another star lost due to varying tile thicknesses (inconsistent thickness in places, and the larger tiles are thicker.

Beautiful tiles though, and that's the main thing. Beware, lots of spacers needed!!

Ja natomiast mogę wystawić bardzo pozytywną opinię. Najpierw kontaktowałam się mailem w sprawie dostępności mozaiki, której chwilowo nie było. W ciągu godziny otrzymałam odpowiedź i istotnie po obiecanych 2 tygodniach mozaika już była dostępna na stronie.
Zamówiłam próbkę - przyszła w ciągu 3 dni roboczych.
Następnie złożyłam już zasadnicze zamówienie (w sobotę przed Wielkanocą), we wtorek było wysłane, dziś przyszło. Wszystko dotarło całe (sprawdziłam każdą sztukę), mozaika jest piękna i nie mogę się doczekać remontu.
