My sons have just exchanged on their first home and we wanted to share our very positive experience of dealing with Megan Morgan from Mortgage Decisions. From the outset we felt totally supported by her. She is so approachable and was always there to answer any queries. She has a real indepth knowledge of the process and product. Megan was able to help us navigate around a couple of very difficult issues and made us feel calm and reassured. I’ve recently successfully applied for and been offered a mortgage supported by both Joe and Robyn. Being a first time buyer and relatively new to the UK, I greatly appreciated the guidance from Joe in searching for my property and my options for financing. His previous experience as an estate agent was integral in reassuring my concerns and queries which he graciously entertained. Robyn was an absolute champ during the application process, handling all the interactions with the lender so I just had to provide the required documents. Mark is very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful. We had a bit of a difficult situation but Mark managed to obtain a mortgage offer for us. We were kept informed throughout the process by his admin Robyn. Would highly recommend!
