We recently used Mortgage Call, specifically Susan, when we moved home. Susan advised us on the best way to move forward when our current deal was ending and found us the deal that suited us best. Susan was quick to reply and dealt with any queries promptly, she even kept looking for us when the mortgage rates dropped so that we could get a better deal.
