Nick also arranged life insurance and income protection and provided a good range of options to consider. I was a little bit dubious before speaking to Julie as to whether I would get the best rate or be kind of rail-roaded into getting something else.

I needn’t have worried. We’ve dealt with Julie twice now and got by far the best rate on both occasions.

The process on both occasions was easy, with all options discussed and we weren’t pushed or swayed into making any decisions that didn’t suit or work for us.
