the app is glitchy, and the workouts are generic and very long, all 90 minute workouts.

the main issue is, i cancelled the subscription through apple, i then had them attempt to take the money. i’ve emailed as the email i used to join is no longer in use, and the ai response is just going round in circles. i’m not sure how else i can cancel the subscription.

The app itself feels quite glitchy. I regularly had issues logging in, which made using it more frustrating than it should have been.

The content is okay, but I didn't find it particularly unique. There is already a huge amount of similar fitness and nutrition content available elsewhere, often for less money or even free.

My biggest issue, however, was the subscription. I genuinely believed I had cancelled it, and when it renewed automatically, I discovered there are no renewal reminders sent before the next three-month payment is taken. While the company says this is covered in their terms and FAQs, relying solely on customers remembering to cancel months later isn't a particularly customer-friendly approach.

Overall, the content wasn't bad, but the combination of a glitchy app and an inflexible cancellation policy means I won't be returning.

This advertises itself as an app to be built into a busy lifestyle. However with very few exceptions the workouts are 90 minutes long 3x a week. 90 minutes & factoring in travel to gym and shower etc after makes that easily 2hrs+ a workout 3x a week. This does not fit into a family lifestyle of being out for over 2 hours in an evening Also makes assumptions about avaliability of equipment with no way of saying don't have that when building the plan.

Do not sign up to this app. I have no idea what the programmes are like as 3 days after subscribing I still cannot log in. I cannot create an account as the app says my email is recognised. I cannot log in as I was not given an option when subscribing to create a password and when I use the forgot password option and work through to change it - receiving a congratulations you can now log in message - IT STILL DIES NOT WORK!

They will not offer a refund as I have had access to the digital material - clearly not despite telling them this multiple times - absolutely useless customer service - atrocious.

Totally agree with all the comments. Emailed to cancel my membership which is due for renewal today 24.05.26 and they refused. They said they have supplied digital content so I now have to pay until 24.05.27! Completely unethical. Do not take up a membership with this company. Im hoping my bank can assist in recovering the money, as the Morsia ‘customer service’ department are not willing to do the right thing and refund money for a service I have said I don’t want to use for another year.
Very disappointing as I would’ve hoped the celebrity face behind this company wouldn’t be trying to profit from people who can’t afford to pay these fees. They should be ashamed

Cancelled my subscription. Or so I thought! They can't find my email address cant find an active subscription and FIVE payments have been taken out. Good luck trying to cancel, the links dont work, error 404. I have followed Matt for years and was excited to see he had launched an app. Its generic, its expensive for what you get and take money for subscriptions that dont exist. Just expected more, sadly very disappointed.

I am a long-term supporter of Matt Morsia, having followed his journey since his days as a PE teacher. It is incredibly disappointing to find that his business, Morsia Ltd, operates with such a cut-throat approach to customer service.

The marketing for the 60-day challenge is fundamentally misleading. In the YouTube promotional video (Timestamp 00:03:04), Matt explicitly states, "Tim's exact plan is now live in the app". In that video, the workouts are presented as 45-60 minute sessions. However, once you pay and access the app, the "exact" plan consists of workouts that are 80 to 100 minutes long.

When I contacted support within 10 minutes of signing up to point out this discrepancy, I was met with a rigid refusal to refund. Their "solution" was for me to find the "Limited on Time" section, but those workouts are 30 minutes long. This means the 45-minute "exact" plan advertised in the video simply does not exist.

As a 40-year-old with a busy schedule, I relied on the advertised 45-minute duration. To be told that a "digital download" (even if only accessed for minutes) waives all rights to a refund for a misdescribed product is a poor way to treat a decade-long fan.

If you have a busy life and expect the product to match the marketing, I would suggest looking elsewhere. Thanks Matt, enjoy my money, you've lost a subscriber today!

I’ve followed Matt Morsia from the beginning. I was really impressed when he brought out an app with 50% off for trialling for the year.
I like the app but in all honesty the plans are pretty generic and theres cheaper or free out there that do the same.
Fast forward a year and I notice £99.99 suddenly taken from my account. When I look into it, it was Morsia. I immediately contacted the support to be bluntly told. They don’t send out reminders and to read their terms and conditions.
This is basically in breach of The Digital Markets Competition and Consumer Act gained Royal Assent in May 2024.
Which states

- receive reminders about their ongoing subscriptions

- have a 14-day period to cancel after a trial or long-term subscription auto-renews.

Whilst we do not send reminders for the renewal the information is readily available regarding the correct way to cancel the subscription as renewals are non refundable.

So Matt Morsia you are breaking the law!!!
