First time ordering for a home delivery and won’t be again. Half of the dinners id meal planned for the week wasn’t available, half of the snacks I ordered were not available. They didn’t even substitute. It’s absolutely awful. When you’re spending over £200 and you end up with nothing, I’ve now got to go shopping again. Another customer lost

Availability is a joke, almost half of the order was not available or was substituted. Substitutes didn't make any sense, had to send them all back. Quality of fresh fruit and veg is shocking. Never again

I have been shopping with Morrisons online for 8 years. I have now had enough YOU JUST DO NOT CARE ANYMORE. You Morrisons changed my shopping coming from your Wearhouse,because you want to be environmentally friendly, and do away with bags. For the past 7 weeks my shopping has come from your Erith store in Kent . I have received out of date milk rotten salad, pork shops that your staff have put there fingers in the wrapping . Disgraceful, and what makes it worse is ,you don't care. You have sooooo many items out of stock it's impossible to do a week shop. Your customer service in South Africa is a joke. I sent a letter of complaint to the CEO Rami Baitieh , who could not have cared less.well Mr Baitieh you are only as good as your worst member of staff. No wonder you have financial difficulties I will never shop with you again, I did have a delivery pass , I have asked for my money to be paid back . You are the worst supermarket ever, thanks for nothing Goodbye.
Exceptional Service from Store Manager
I contacted Customer Services Morrisons to enquire where I could obtain stock of a three piece patio set. I was advised that Morrisons at Chester le Street had stock. I travelled to the store only to be advised by Dan, the Store Manager they had never had this product. What Dan did do was he made every effort to locate the item from another store. He kept me updated throughout. Dan arranged for the product to be transferred from Amble and delivered to the Chester le Street.
My experience dealing with Dan was that he went above and beyond what he needed to do as a Store Manager. Dan could have just said, no stock, I can't help but he didn't.
I am absolutely delighted that Dan helped me to secure this item. It is perfect.
Customer Services gave me incorrect information of where I could find this product. Fortunately, Dan put right their error and made a customer very happy.
Thank you Dan for listening and for being willing to go the extra mile. A rare commodity these days which sets Dan apart from other managers.
Well Done Dan. I hope Morrisons appreciate what they have in this store manager.

I have put. Previously complaint about him in the past gosipping that certain staff have been sacked and also the rudeness of customer ect , I don’t want to speak him final and this is harassment
The guy today with the morrisons bag handing out ect with the glasses again chats too much then do his job which one of the members of staff mentioned to me when I was looking for untamed cat meat two month ago

Decided to give Morrisons another…
Decided to give Morrisons another chance after a delivery disaster last year which never arrived on the day. This was a mistake as first delivery was ordered to take away with us on holiday and it was two hours late with inappropriate substitutions - no apology. Second one arrived late again with products missing and substitutions. Again no acknowledgement or apology at the door although driver had tried to phone. Sadly no more business coming your way Morrisons. You need to up your game.

Absolute waste of time ordered some stuff for a party and the stuff I need for the party receive less than 50% absolute waste of time. I should’ve gone to the shops. My food shopping arrived yesterday
My food shopping arrived yesterday, with gone off milk, and birthday cake bashed, crisps flat - heavy food items were clearly thrown on top. I was very hectic yesterday to organise child's birthday party and working from home. I hurriedly unloaded items without paying attention due to being conscious of delivery driver waiting. I don't care much about bashed items but I managed today to log on Morrisons to get refund for separated gone off milk, it arrived like that yesterday. Morrisons pop up message says too late for refund. When I called the store, automation is referring me to their website. Why do I need to be messed about and waste my time over this? This is what Morrisons counts on, people will not bother because of so much hassle for a refund. Disgraceful service.
I placed an order on 22/6 for delivery…
I placed an order on 22/6 for delivery on 24/6. I bent over backwards to accommodate the three changes which Morrisons made to the delivery date and time which were apparently due to staff shortages and issues with the cooking systems in their vans. It’s now 27/6 and I have no idea where my order is, no communicate from them and no refund. What I have received this morning is a second receipt and a customer satisfaction survey. Utterly appalling service, much time wasted and I will never use them again.

Ordered home delivery from there Maldon store on a couple of occasions now and the service is absolutely ridiculous it's more than an hour late on each occasion no communication, the app is absolutely ridiculous and useless avoid at all costs

Is it just me or is trying to order from online ridiculous? They gave a completely a completely different address then they had where I am but not the right number. They just don’t seem to care I give them thumbs down every time Amazon asks me for a rating! Some callers as usual are better than others. I’ve given up asking for a couple of things as they always supply substitutes. Terrible.

I ordered flowers costing approx. £6 these were substituted with flowered costing over £17, I cannot afford to spend £17 on flowers. Also informed payment declined , told to update payment before order could be delivered checked with bank no payment was declined, by now order 2hours late so decided to cancel order, later went to door to go out. order outside on step . No idea how long been there, whole evening wasted with this order, fed up
Company continues to pollute enviroment
So I have raised this before but an update and for anyone thinking if Morrisons PLC really care about the environment. From my experience, it is a resounding NO.
These supermarkets have this Corporate Social Responsibility and all that but in reality, for my local store, MORRISONS JOHNSTONE, RENFREWSHIRE, their customer service is non existent. I have emailed the manager twice, others have, so have their own Customer Services, one of my volunteer connections has had an MP write to their Corporate Affairs, the Council has visited and written to them, all about the poor upkeep of removing litter from their car park impacting the local environment, cafe, bushes, riverbank, wildlife etc etc.
Since 2nd January, as part of my council's Team Up to Clean Up volunteers scheme, I have now cleared 255 bags of rubbish, some pretty darn old dating back 21 years since the supermarket was opened, but too much of it recent and repeatedly recent.
I have not finished, I reckon another 30 bags near the riverbank to uncover under the footbridge.
Within this has been Morrisons trollies, signage, baskets as well as just so so much rubbish. To see this just search for Team Up to Clean Up on Facebook, run by Renfrewshire Council, look for my posts and those where I have been around all of Morrisons building, outer area, riverbank doing a long term major clean up.
Repeatedly, I see litter in the main car park blowing into the environment towards riverbank or the other way towards cycle path, through goods yard. Their goods yard is a mess at delivery lorry area and rubbish continues to escape from there. However, I have been putting up cut tree branch barriers along the goods yard metal fencing which is helping to contain more rubbish within the goods yard grounds, same for preventing it reaching riverbank through bushes and will stay in grounds of car park.
All I want is Morrisons to step up massively, take some accountability and seriously improve their litter cleaning schedule and also speak to their staff to stop discarding litter butts at the back near lifts entrance. I have cleared up most of that area and to see your staff repeatedly continue to drop litter butts on the cleaned area is just damned right ignorant and disrespectul. Cigarette butts are highly toxic to the environment, google it and you will be surprised as what they contain. They are litter and littering is a criminal offence under UK law. So educate your staff to stop this and provide proper cigarette disposal facilities as currently they are very inadequate at back and any other staff entrance areas.
Head Office, if you see this, I will be contacting the same MP whom my volunteer friend did as the MP did say to them to follow up if it does not improve. It has not improved in the 4-6 weeks since.
The ball is in your court, I offered when I emailed your Manager of the store directly at the start of May and weeks later happy to discuss but all that happens is being ignored, your Customer Services just take no accountability and pass it to the Store Manager and nothing happens. Totally unacceptable.
Overall, very very poor experience with Morrisons in getting them to address environmental impact of this store on from both residential and commercial waste.
Back again
Back again. Still waiting for £47.60 for the groceries not delivered back in April. Now, they don’t even respond. Not only did I get an idiot delivery man, who ignored the instructions to leave the groceries outside and knocked long and loud, while yelling my first name through the letter box, but he walked away with them. I would like my money back. Otherwise, what can I call them but thieves?
