MorrisArmitage Arvostelua

Very good experience from start to finish, professional approach, sound advice, superb photos taken compared to many others I have seen. Overall I am extremely happy with my house sale, especially in a potentially difficult time...to go on the market and be moved out of the house in just over 4 months is great!

Morris Armitage were consistent in their pursuit of a sale for my property. When unexpected twists and turns came about, they responded robustly and, ultimately, sold our property for us under tricky circumstances. Rarely an easy process but Morris Armitage are hugely experienced and care about their business and your home.

excellent service and assistance all round!

Adam was great at the Bury St Edmunds branch.
Lots of immediate feedback on viewings. If Adam had been dealing with my sale all along it would be 5 stars but unfortunately some of the other sales staff were not quite as conscientious. I think there should always be a single point of contact only.

Professional, friendly and great at communicating. I have complete trust in MA and would recommend them to anyone looking for a property managing firm to let their property through.

Morris Armitage have been professional and courteous in all their dealings with me and the setting up of the tenancy went very smoothly. They provided me with plenty of information and answered all my question.

Excellant service, polite, efficient and friendly - they know the area very well!

From the start they regularly kept us up to date with the process of renting out our flat. This regular communication took all the worry from what was something new for us. Our flat was rented out quickly and now apart from recieving updates and the rent we don’t have to think about it. All the staff were friendly, professional and able to answer all of our questions. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

They were good but could have done more to make sure everything in the house was in order which resulted in a few omissions which we had to deal with after moving in, that we were not able to check beforehand.

Friendly and responsive rental team, most issues quickly attended to. Application process and key pick up tailored to my requirements. Very happy with service recieved thus far.

We found MorrisArmitage extremely helpful and professional in the manner that they conducted the purchase of our new property, and organised the renting of our existing house.
We would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Excellent communication skills . I would thoroughly recommend

Nothing is ever a problem for them and if there is an issue with anything it's sorted right away.

Really helpful, professional and did everything we asked .

Morris Armitage are always very helpful.

We had an average experience with our local Morris Armitage. Much could be done with more time spent interviewing customer needs - and then following up during the sales process. Thanks.

We have been using Morris Armitage for over 10 years and each time we have a property to let they have been very efficient in quickly getting the property on the website and finding suitable tenants. Recently I recommended them to my friend and she was very impressed with the service she had.

I would fully recommend Morris Armitage to anyone. Staff were very Friendly and informative, always kept us in the picture throughout the complete transaction from start to finish. On the whole an honest and trustworthy estate agent, good job well done...

We’ve used Morris Armitage for both sales & rental properties & would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone
