More Timber Arvostelua 

Moretimber.com is total scam. Put an order in july 2026, no delivery to this day. The guy, Aigars Pontags just vanished, no answers to e mails, no phone calls.

Paid a 75% down payment or 6500€ about 3 months ago and the guy disappeared. It’s a one-man scam shop with one Mr Aigars Pontags doing everything possible for you to part with your money, forever.

This is a scam and not a legitimate company with one person answering the phone and impersonating the business.
I have ordered an epic sauna from More Timber and made a substantial downpayment over 8k. First they claimed they faced production delays and asked for an additional payment. Then they stopped answering mails and phone calls and never delivered. It’s located in Latvia and beyond traditional legal recovery means.

Wir haben im September 2025 bei More Timber Ltd (Gatis Teicāns, Lettland) eine Sauna bestellt und eine Anzahlung von rund 24.000 € geleistet.

Nach mehrfachen Verzögerungen ohne verbindlichen Liefertermin wurde die Bestellung schließlich seitens des Unternehmens storniert. Daraufhin haben wir die Rückerstattung der geleisteten Anzahlung verlangt.

Seit Januar 2026 wurden uns wiederholt Rückzahlungen zugesagt (u. a. „heute“, „in Bearbeitung“, Teilzahlungen etc.). Keine dieser Zusagen wurde eingehalten. Trotz vollständiger Übermittlung aller angeforderten Unterlagen, zahlreicher Nachfragen und großzügiger Fristverlängerungen haben wir bis heute keinen einzigen Euro zurückerhalten.

Stand Mai 2026: Fünf Monate intensive Kommunikation – ohne Ergebnis.

Wir können daher vor einer Geschäftsbeziehung mit diesem Unternehmen nur ausdrücklich warnen und sehen uns nun gezwungen, rechtliche Schritte auf europäischer Ebene einzuleiten.

We placed an order with More Timber Ltd (Gatis Teicāns, Latvia) in September 2025 and paid a €3,367 deposit for a sauna. After repeated delays with no clear delivery date, we requested a refund.
Since January 2026, Gatis has promised payment multiple times — partial payments "today," credit notes, refunds that would be "processed." None of it materialized. We have provided every piece of documentation requested, simplified the payment path, and extended every reasonable deadline.
As of March 2026: zero euros received. Three months of emails, zero results.
We are now about to pursue formal recovery through European legal channels.

I had a disastrous experience with Moti. We ordered an ice tub from them, unfortunately it arrived poorly packaged and heavily damaged. It was unfit for use for the customer. We tried to arrange a replacement or spare parts with Moti but eventually they just stopped replying.
We made a loss of around £6000.

Avoid this company

On March 6th 2025 I ordered an epic sauna from More Timber and made a downpayment of € 8607.75. The company promised the sauna would be ready in a month. When I inquired a month later the company announced they had production problems and would not be able to produce it before July or August at best. They proposed to reimburse me for the full downpayment that they were going to make immediately. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen until 25 April 2025 when I got reimbursed € 4607.75 with the promise that the other € 4000 would follow the week after. Since then, the owner keeps on pretending week after week that he will make the reimbursement. We are now july 26, 2025, five months after my initial downpayment with no sauna and no reimbursement of my downpayment. Do not trust this company, it’s either on the verge of bankruptcy, or worse led by a bunch of crooks.
