From body recomp to complete mindset shift
I’ve been working with Snez for a year, originally for body recomposition. I wanted to drop some body fat and thought I just needed to tighten up my nutrition. Turns out I really needed a whole new operating system. 😂
Snez is exceptionally knowledgeable, straightforward, no-BS, and incredibly supportive. She tells you what you need to hear, not just what you want to hear, and she is remarkably responsive and adaptable. She knows when to push, when to adjust, and how to keep you moving forward.
I’ve dropped body fat and learned more about nutrition and training, but the biggest impact has been on my mindset. My goals have evolved, I challenge myself more, and I’ve become much more intentional about my values, discipline, and how I show up.
Snez somehow manages to be both demanding and incredibly supportive, without ever being a cheerleader or a babysitter. She expects a lot because she knows you’re capable of a lot. I’m incredibly grateful for her guidance and couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Jelena, this made my day because the “whole new operating system” is exactly what you’ve built. You came in focused on body recomposition, but you were willing to challenge far more than your nutrition and training. I valued that a ton!
The way you now lead yourself with greater intention, discipline and alignment with your values is the real transformation.
