Gyna is a fertility nutrition program for women and couples trying to conceive. Most people find us a few months in, or a few years. You've got the tracking app, the prenatal, and a browser history of advice that contradicts itself. What you don't have is one place where food, supplements and everyday exposures are put together and explained. That's the program. Self-paced lessons in an app, on a subscription, with meal plans and recipes so the material is easier to actually use. You work through it one idea at a time. Most of what we ask is that you add things, not cut them. Trying to conceive is stressful enough without a program that wants you to overhaul your life in week one.

Sneaky way to get people uknowingly renew their subscription. I wanted to explore the options and the cost, not to subscribe. The renew button automatically charges your credit card without you agreeing first or selecting a plan. I am sure this is intentional, in a hope that people wont notice they were charged. The content in the app is not worth of what they charge anyway. I have not yet recieved a response to my refund request. After reading reviews looks like other people have similar experience.

Fun with the micro courses but the translations could be better. See a lot of spelling and grammar mistakes to Swedish. Just feels odd.
