If it was possible to give zero stars I would. Their pricing model is a scam. Be careful what you are actually signing up for. Regardless, I cancelled my subscriptions the first day I signed up because after getting access to the app ( you can only get access if you pay) I quickly realized the whole platform was completely overhyped. I immediately emailed and cancelled “all subscriptions associated with my account” I received a confirmation that it was cancelled. I asked for a refund because I didn’t even use the service but was denied. A week later I was charged again! This time for $30.99. I emailed again and they gave me some BS about how the first time I canceled it was for one specific subscription not this one. I am currently trying to get a refund and confirmation that all subscriptions are cancelled. Please do not use this service.

Update: Moongrade replies here but can’t reply to emails that I send them. Their reply to my review is clearly AI generated, like most of their content. Their reply to my review makes no sense to my situation.

J’ai supprimé mon compte en pensant que l’abonnement était terminé, pourtant des prélèvements ont continué plusieurs mois plus tard alors que je n’utilisais plus le service depuis au moins février.

Le support a finalement annulé l’abonnement, mais a refusé à plusieurs reprises les remboursements, y compris pour un prélèvement très récent, alors que leur politique publique mentionne un délai de remboursement de 14 jours dans certains cas.

J’ai également été renvoyé vers des portails et procédures qui ne fonctionnaient pas puisque mon compte avait déjà été supprimé, et je n’ai toujours reçu aucune facture ni reçu malgré plusieurs demandes.

Expérience très décevante et communication peu claire concernant les abonnements, la facturation et les remboursements.

Moongrade a confirmé que mon abonnement est désormais annulé, mais a malgré tout refusé tout remboursement concernant le prélèvement de renouvellement.

Selon le support, la suppression du compte n’annule pas l’abonnement. Cependant, cela ne m’avait pas été clairement indiqué au moment des faits, et la suppression du compte rendait également l’accès au service impossible en pratique jusqu’à ce que le support propose plus tard de restaurer l’accès manuellement.

Je n’ai jamais demandé à récupérer l’accès au service ni à continuer à utiliser l’abonnement. Ma demande concernait uniquement le remboursement d’un prélèvement de renouvellement dont je pensais sincèrement qu’il avait pris fin après la suppression du compte.

Le support maintient que l’abonnement s’est renouvelé correctement conformément à leur politique et refuse donc tout remboursement malgré la confusion et les circonstances exposées ci-dessus.

Plusieurs avis récents sur Trustpilot semblent également décrire des situations très similaires concernant les renouvellements d’abonnement et les difficultés de remboursement.

In November 2025, I signed up for what was advertised on Instagram as a one-week trial after taking an online personality test. I deleted the app almost immediately because the content was extremely poor quality and appeared to be AI-generated, making it clear that it was not worth using.
A week later, I was unexpectedly charged £73. When I contacted customer support to ask what the charge was for, they referred to a service that I do not remember selecting and certainly never used. I asked them to provide proof that I had agreed to this purchase, but they were unable to provide any evidence.
When I requested a refund, it became clear that the subscription process was deliberately misleading, with the terms and conditions hidden within a confusing and unclear user journey.
Five months later, I was charged a further £173 for another service that I have no recollection of purchasing. When I contacted them again, I requested that my bank details be removed from their system and to cancel all subscriptions from my account, they said they couldn't delete my bank details. They responded by claiming that I had not cancelled all active services previously, therefore the charge was due unless I could show proof, and refused to issue a refund, citing their terms and conditions.
I believe this company is using deceptive and potentially unlawful billing practices to take money from customers without clear and informed consent. I would like this matter formally investigated, and I am seeking a full refund as well as confirmation that all my payment details and subscriptions have been permanently removed from their system.

This company is dishonest. Do not do business with them. They are scammers. They will take your credit card information and continue to keep deducting charges even after they confirmed cancellation of the subscription via email (which is the only way to end your subscription with them). Please report them to the Federal Trade Commission and the Better Business Bureau for recourse.

Terrible experience. Cancelled subscription within the time allowed only to find 6 months later a renewal charge of £177 being taken from my account (without notice). On questioning this and requesting a refund I was told there was a 'linked' subscription and my cancellation was only relevant to the first subscription so no refund. Feels like and looks like bad behaviour.
