Absolutely dreadful!
I paid to get a reading which I never received.
I was offered 1-2-1 coaching which I didn’t want. After speaking to someone on the customer care team, they agreed to close my account and that would be the end of that.
They have since charged me 6 months in a row despite having cancelled it. I can’t get hold of anyone and I’m furious.

Same situation as everyone when…
Same situation as everyone when requesting a refund or cancelled the subscription. First bill amount cannot be refunded while it already cancel and then they confirm that it would be cancelled yet they billed me once more again. Sure all replies is to send the mail, I did that....
