Difficult to cancel and ridiculous refund policy
Difficult to cancel. I reached out for customer help when I saw I had been charged $99. I immediately requested a refund with documentation that I had believed I had cancelled. I told them I could not afford that price and it would make it harder for me to buy food this month. They did not care at all. I was not given a refund even though they cancelled the subscription from their end so basically I was charged almost $100 for nothing. I hope this will not happen to anyone else. Edit: In response to seeing this review and requesting I reach out, I have since been offered and accepted a partial refund.

Subscription scam
I took a 7-day trial plan on 16-Jul-2025. Did not want to use. Forgot to cancel. Got charged. Got the subscription canceled on 30-Jul-2025 via their support.
Never used their service again.
On 16-Jan-2026, there is a charge of $219.99. I log in to my Moongrade account, and it gates me out saying you do not have an active subscription, such that I cannot see my account information. I talked to them on 27-Jan-2026, to refund this charge. They say: you had an add-on subscription of Mindway app that was on trial for 6 months. The initial order confirmation email from Moongrade on 16-Jul-2025 never mentioned anything about this add-on trial. This is one of the reasons I did not even remember I should cancel that one as well, while canceling the main service in July 2025.
I am frustrated with their service because:
- This charge of $219.99 is reflecting as done by Moongrade in my bank SMS and records. But after the charge, the website blocks me from even seeing my account saying you do not have a subscription.
- Combine this with no mention of add-on in the initial order confirmation. And I ended up paying for a free trial activating after 6 months.
- And, unlike other sincere services, no emails reminding about subscription renewals that could have protected me from being charged for what I have not used and would not be using
I have proof of all I have mentioned.
And look at these 1-liner good reviews labeled Invited. I request TrustPilot to clean them up. They are clearly these scam company's attempts to cover up its scams.

Subscription Scam
I continue to have subscriptions charges to my bank account even though I canceled the subscription and deleted my Moongrade acct months ago. I had to put a Stop Payment on this merchant to cease the attempts at auto-withdraws from my bank.

Cancelled it straight away, but they keep taking money out of my account. They refuse a refund. I think this company is fraudulent. Don't subscribe!
Besides, the content is all AI and not exactly what they promise either.

MoonGrade gets an F
Let’s start with how I even got to trust pilot. If you click one star when they ask you, they send you to their customer support but if you click five stars, then they send you to trust pilot to leave a review. This company does nothing but mislead people. I literally have an email that says live one on one coaching yet their coaches are AI. Two of their AI coaches refused to admit that they were high and told blatant lies, including what they ate that day or their height. They’ve built the chat in a way that makes it look like you were chatting with a real person. It says delivered and then seen and then it shows the AI “ typing”.
Also, when you first sign up, you have to click through like 20 screens of offers to buy more stuff from them before you’ve even seen any product

Would be zero stars if that was an option
I signed up for a free month’s trial to Moongrade last summer. Unbeknownst to me, I had also been subscribed to something called Mindway and six month later I was charged £176.99 for this subscription. Supposedly I should have been sent a reminder about this charge but conveniently did not receive this. If I had, I would definitely have cancelled this subscription seeing as it was something I had never knowingly signed up to. I have explained this many times to the support team but they would not refund more than 75% of the fee. When they initiated the refund, they also then had the cheek to say that my satisfaction is very important to them! Be very careful when signing up to any free trial or using this company in any way.

Signed up for a free trial, hard to cancel
Signed up for a free trial. Was promised an app, which was not available in my country. After the trial I tried cancelling my subscription, which is not possible through the desktopversion (you can delete your account, but not your subscription). The only way is through the app, which I couldnt download. So I was charged a years subscription.
When I saw this, I contacted costumer service. They won't refund me my money, even though I can't have acces to the app (which was included in the service). I feel scammed by this company by how hidden the cancellation proces is.
