I ordered Granddaughter pillowcase and I love it. It is good quality and the print is excellent. I am excited to give it to her.

I bought 3 pillowcases in Nov.2020, intending to give for birthdays not Christmas so was in no hurry. But was pleasantly surprised when it arrived in a bit over a week. One had a small hole in the front under a word, took a picture & attached it to my on-line return form and it was replaced & recieved within 1 week. Impressed!

I ordered a tee-shirt for friend living interstate late July of this year. It is now November and still it hasn't arrived. This was to be a Birthday gift promising 7 - 14 day delivery. Late August I received an email saying that it had been shipped, it hadn't. October 17 after I filed a claim they admitted there was an error and a reprint was taking place. Oct. 30 they stated my shirt has been sent and to allow 3 - 4 weeks delivery... Yes I'm more than aware of COVID-19, yet clarity re delivery times; and honesty when an order has gone astray, is the backbone of any legitimate company..."I would NOT recommend this company"

I am very pleased with the granddaughter pillowcase. Great quality, soft, printing well done. Did not wrinkle in the package. I had no problems with my order. I ordered it on Friday & it came the following Wednesday. I feel the money was worth it for the quality, design & sentiment

I ordered a tee that was supposed to say QUEEN...What I got was QUEN...also missing most of the afro beauty on the front..who was in charge of spelling and of course u can't get a live person on the phone...u all get a big fat ZERO

I ordered 5 shirts on July 3, 2020. I received two of the shirts on August 10, 2020. I received another one about 5 days later. Then another one like a day later. It is now August 28, 2020. I still haven't received my last shirt. With no way to truly contact the company. I wish I could get a refund or something. I have emailed this company several times. Still no shirt. 5 days will be two months.

Bought three tshirts and I love them, good quality hanes, and the printing was done really well. I have bought other shirts online and been disappointed. Not with Moonchilds shirts. They look great.

The masks I ordered did not match what they showed in their ad.
I bought them as they had a message to them but only part of the message showed when the mask is worn. I filed a complaint form and sent a photo of the issue but was told the masks were as advertised so no replacement or refund.
I won’t be buying any thing else from them

this was my seond order the first one placed back in may took forever to arrive but whenn it did i was very pleased with it as a matte of fact I placed a second order just about 2 weeks ago and it arrived just the other day and again was very pleased with it and was surprised it came so quickly would order again if i found something i liked

My son placed an order May 1st for a Mother's Day gift, Moonchildtee took the money out of his account right away and he was told it would arrive 5-7 business days, June 28th the 0rder was not received, we contacted Moonchildtee via through their website several times and only received a computer generated response. I then duplicated that order on June 28th and again the money was taken out of the account but never received the item. Moonchildtee refuses to refund our monies and has taken over $70, they say it's shipped but nothing ever comes. At this point I would never accept that order. I would not purchase from anyone other than Amazon. I would not suggest anyone purchasing anything from this company, there is no way to speak to a live person. I am now going through my bank and filing a dispute and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Understanding that we are in a Pandemic, I still feel that my product took way too long to arrive. Once I received my product, I was pleased 🙂

They took forever to arrive but I am super satisfied. Great print quality.
