⭐ Extremely Disappointing Quality and Customer Service
I am extremely disappointed with Moon Boot. I purchased a pair of slippers, and after only 5 weeks of use, they ripped. For a brand like Moon Boot, I expected much better quality and durability, especially considering the price.
What makes this experience even more frustrating is the lack of customer service. Despite explaining the issue, the company has refused to replace the slippers, leaving me with a damaged product after barely more than a month.
A pair of slippers should last much longer than five weeks. I find it unacceptable that a company would stand behind a product that falls apart so quickly but refuse to take responsibility when it does.
Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my opinion of Moon Boot. The quality did not meet my expectations, and the customer service made an already frustrating situation even worse.
I would not recommend Moon Boot based on my experience, and I will think twice before purchasing from this brand again.

Il y a eu un défaut de fabrication sur mes 2 paires de Moon boots. Les semelles se sont arrachées après 2 utilisations. Après avoir contacté le SAV pour trouver une solution, on m'a envoyé balader à plusieurs reprises... on ne paie que la marque, n'achetez surtout pas.

If I could give it a zero I would. I sent in a return because they sent me the wrong size shoe. It’s been over a month now since they received the package and still I haven’t received my money back. I don’t understand why this process has been so long and difficult. For the cherry on top, they won’t respond to any of my emails when I ask where my money is or when it will be in. The communication is terrible with this company. You would think with how expensive they are that customer service might be a little better but it’s absolute garbage. Be careful ordering from moon boots because they will make it as difficult and as lengthy of a process as they can. I’m extremely disappointed with this company.

They simply lie. They told me the order was delivered, it wasn't. Then they told me they refunded me and I checked with my bank and they said they didn't. Then they told me my bank did a charge back which I confirmed today that my bank did not. Do NOT trust this company

I order a pair of boots for my daughter for Christmas, over $300. UPS left the package at my door without a signature Somebody stole it. I reported it right away. Why would moonboots wouldn't request a signature for boots over three hundred dollars?I waited a month for them to get back to me to tell me UPS closed the case.Because they have a picture of the package at the door so it was delivered i'm out of three hundred dollars and my daughter's out of her boots What a christmas beware never order from this place!!!!!!!

I ordered boots for my wife for…
I ordered boots for my wife for Christmas.
Unfortunately we were traveling and didn't have a chance to try on, and when we found out they didn't fit, we had just missed the 15 day return window. Even though the boots were unworn and in perfect condition, they didn't accept a return.
The 15 day return window is completely absurd and unreasonable. Customer services was terrible.
I know these are comfy but stay away.
Update: In Moon Boot's response they mention an extended return policy over the holidays--no such extended return policy was offered to me nor mentioned. Instead it takes days (I think up to a week one time) to get responses from their customer service. Seems like they only respond quickly to negative public reviews. They could have gotten these boots back in January (plenty of time to resell) and gotten a lifelong fan. Instead they choose to go a different way.
I'll be going out of my way to dissuade people from ordering from Moon Boot. Seriously, even if the conversation doesn't revolve around winter footwear, I'll just be like, "Don't order Moon Boots! Seriously, don't! Like wrap your feet in a blanket if you have to. But don't order from this company."

We intentionally avoid overproduction in order to manage inventory in a more sustainable way and to ensure that returned items can be made available for resale as quickly as possible during the colder season.
As part of our standard practice, we also offer an extended return period for purchases made in December to accommodate the Christmas holiday period. In this case, the return request was unfortunately submitted outside of that extended window.

Ordering boots on february the 10th and till now no a single update or email. Emailed, called; I get on nothing a reply. To be clear; these are seasonal products so I cannot wait for weeks to receive the product.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
Selbst ein Stern ist zu viel!
Kundenservice existiert nicht. Ich habe noch nie einen so miserablen und gar nicht erst existenten Kundenservice erlebt.
Ich habe 4 Paar Schuhe bestellt, die in 2 Paketen kamen. Keines passt. Retoure online angemeldet und nur ein Retourenlabel erhalten. Seit 10 Tagen keine Reaktion auf 15 Mails und mehrere Kontaktanfragen auf der Website. Das Telefon vom Kundenservice wird auch nicht bedient. Dabei benötige ich lediglich ein zweites Retourenlabel, um auch das zweite Paket zurücksenden zu können. Noch nie soetwas erlebt. Ich bin sprachlos. Habe mich an den Zahlungsanbieter Klarna gewandt, in der Hoffnung dort etwas erreichen zu können. NIE WIEDER MOONBOOT!!!!!

I called several times, always speak with this one customer service guy named Ivan that gives me the run around and gives me excuses but dont give me my money back. Refund confirmed but never received – very poor customer service
On December 20th, I purchased a pair of boots (order MB00017995).
At the beginning of January, I returned the product following the company’s instructions.
Shortly afterwards, I received an email confirming that the refund had been processed. However, the money has never been credited to my bank account.
Since then, I have sent several emails without receiving any response. I also contacted customer service by phone, where I was told that the refund had supposedly been issued and I asked for written proof or a refund confirmation. I never received any documentation, nor the refund itself.
Weeks later, the situation remains unresolved: no money, no proof of payment, and no replies to my emails.
This has been a very disappointing experience. A brand of this level should handle returns and refunds in a transparent and professional way. Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend purchasing from this company.

I ordered shoes that are to small - I did not receive a order confirmation and no return label! I contacted the customer service more than 6 times no reaction to any email. Stuck with pair of boots - no return, no exchange, no order number
I ordered a pair of boots and after online payment haven't received any e-mail confirmation neither an invoice. I contacted costumer care and haven't got any response. # days after received ordered boots that are too small and I want to change them for bigger size but ... I the box there was no invpice, no return label neither Order number and since I haven't got any e-mail confirmation, I don't have any clue aboout Order number that is obligatory for exchange. Contacting them as crazy but they are not responding. We are stuck with to small pair and can't neither retrurn them neither exchange them since we didn't get any invoice neither order number. Esperienza estremamente deludente e…
Esperienza estremamente deludente e poco trasparente.
Ho ordinato un paio di Moon Boot sabato sera direttamente dal sito ufficiale, pagando prezzo pieno (nonostante fossero disponibili su altri siti a circa 50€ in meno), proprio perché sul sito era chiaramente indicata una spedizione in 1–2 giorni lavorativi.
Dopo l’ordine ho ricevuto solo la mail di conferma, ma nessuna comunicazione sulla spedizione. Lunedì pomeriggio ho contattato l’assistenza clienti, specificando che avevo scelto il sito ufficiale esclusivamente per la consegna veloce. Mi è stato detto che avrebbero sollecitato la spedizione.
Oggi (martedì) ho richiamato e la spedizione non è ancora partita, rendendo impossibile la consegna nei tempi indicati. A quel punto mi è stato detto che l’azienda impiega 48 ore solo per elaborare l’ordine, informazione che non è chiaramente indicata al momento dell’acquisto, ma solo nelle FAQ.
Trovo questo comportamento scorretto: se per spedire servono in realtà 3–4 giorni, va scritto in modo chiaro nella pagina d’ordine e non nascosto nelle domande frequenti. Quando un cliente legge “spedizione 1–2 giorni”, non ha motivo di cercare altrove informazioni diverse.
A causa di questo ritardo, il prodotto non mi serve più. Avrei potuto acquistarlo altrove, risparmiando anche una cifra significativa.
Brand famoso, ma servizio e comunicazione assolutamente non all’altezza. Non ripeterò l’esperienza e non lo consiglio.

En début d’année j’ai acheté des moonboot grise pailletée. Le prix 265 euros.
Pour le prix je m’attendais à une qualité irréprochable sauf que non.. au bout de deux semaines elles se sont fissurées sur le devant. J’ai contacté la marque Moonboot mais ils m’ont dit de voir avec le magasin où j’ai acheté les bottes.
Je suis déçu de cette marque, je déconseille fortement d’acheter cette marque. À fuir !!!!

Je suis tellement déçue de l'état de mes chaussures. achetées en Septembre 2023, portées en hiver 2024 (2 fois) en une semaine de ski. je les avais imperméabilisées avant de les porter, nettoyées et bien rangées dans une housse à chaussures mais le vernis est craquelé a plusieurs niveaux. Moonboot me demande de me retourner vers le site revendeurs de leur marque, c'est quand même étonnant qu'on n'assume pas la qualité de ses produits.
