Montessori Toddlers Arvostelua 

Complete crap, charlatans feeding off the Montessori brand. Whilst one star is generous for service they provide, I cannot comment on the quality / durability of their products and materials, since they never arrived. I ordered several items 11/12/25 for a clutch of grandchildren in good time for Christmas delivery, and received an email the same day confirming the order. Two days later, 13/12, I was told the order was on its way and supplied with a tracking number. However, one week later, bemused and worried by its non-arrival, I looked at their website seeking an explanation in my account/ order details, only to discover they had unilaterally cancelled my order 18/12. Checking my emails, I found an explanation of sorts. 'Reaching out', their 'logistics partner' had evidently been 'overwhelmed by unexpectedly heavy demand (Christmas ffs! -edit) and was unfortunately unable to fulfil my order' which therefore 'had not moved forward as expected'. I can confirm I have not been offered any incentive to proffer this report! Fortunately not too late (20/12) to order some other Montessori gear in time for Christmas from Amazon, so still some hope for a semi-literate 3-year old grand daughter...

I wish I had of read these reviews. I have not received the hand held microscope. I have chased the order and the excuse is Christmas delays. Like another reviewer said the website is very slick. I certainly would not recommend using them

Do not order from Montessori Toddlers. The products received were poor quality and returns are difficult. The products received look cheap when compared to those on the website. I should have carried out more checks before ordering.

Would give 0 if I could. My own fault for not checking first. the product has not arrived. I have been given a Royal Mail tracking number, when i track the parcel they say that they have not received it. No contact from the supplier.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE

I have put this one down to experience

Terrible service, customer service outright lied.

I questioned where my order was after 8 days with no tracking. Customer service then told me it had been shipped and would arrive in a few days.

A day later an automated email confirming order was cancelled due to insufficient stock.

So customer service lied.

If they hadn't of quickly refunded me id have raised a chatgeback.

Wish id checked the reviews before hand.

Christmas present for my wife ruined.

Ordered two items. Got shipping notification and turns out they are based or at least ship from China (despite claiming to be in the EU). Then they said actually they never shipped and don't have stock so refunded my order. Really poor

i ordered a wooden name toy for my granddaughter
its truly lovely well crafted and will be something for her to keep as she grows older
it arrived well wrapped and with tracking through royal mail in good time
im very happy with my purchase and a little surprised at the poor reviews as that is not my experience

Long delivery time and goods failed to arrive - no response. Avoid

Please do not order from these sharks. 4 weeks and still waiting. Christmas gift for my grandaughter. after reading reviews i am not expecting very much in terms of quality after reading the reviews.

Dette er en helt useriøs virksomhet som jeg vil advare mot. De refunderer ikke innbetalt beløp ved avbestilling og svarer ikke på henvendelser.

Minimikroskopet til barn var helt ubrukelig. Går overhodet ikke å se gjennom. Virker som billig plastleke. Ikke noe returlappe, ikke oppgitt tlf.nr og automatsvar på e-post. Styr unna.

De selger produkter som ble tilbakekalt for flere måneder siden i både EU og i Norge pga kvelingsfare.

Complete Chinese rubbish that doesn't work, the return email doesn't exist

Dropshipping butikk som selger varer fra Kina. Så dette i policy'ene på netbutikken etter at jeg hadde bestilt. Varer vil bli returnert og jeg kommer til å bestride kravet overfor Klarna, som jeg heldigvis betalte med. Jeg kommer selvfølgelig ikke til å returnere varen til Kina slik de skriver.

Jeg kjøpte to personaliserte puslespil til småbarn/baby. Jeg er veldig fornøyd med produktet og det var identisk som på nettsiden.

Det tok lang tid før pakken kom, men den var innpakket i bobleplast. Ingen skade hadde skjedd under transport.

Jeg er veldig fornøyd, det blir fine julegaver.

Ordered yesterday and got a notification that my order was delivered last week. Interesting timeline! Wish I checked trustpilot first.

God kundeservice og kjempefine varer.

Styr unna. Skulle kjøpe julegave. Bestilte derfor tidlig november - 2 uker har gått, gikk inn her for å lese, kun lest at det er svindel osv. Så plutselig fikk jeg varsel om at den var sendt, så da fikk jeg håp. Idag våknet jeg til «Problem, return to sender» på sporingen. Ser ikke ut som jeg får denne før jul, eller i det hele tatt. Kontaktet dem på instagram og mail to ganger uten svar - «svar innen 24 timer» stemmer altså ikke. Jeg trodde dette var en svensk nettside, viser seg at de sender fra Kina.

The website misleads you, the products are from China and this is evident from the quality of the product and the time taken to arrive. Do not use.

Does not ship items in time stated on website. Does not respond to emails very quickly. Cannot manage it's stock - does not know how to run a business
