Only rated 1 star because I couldn’t put 0 stars. I had a deep oven clean carried out by 2 people. I was told all parts would be removed, soaked, put back and polished. This did not happen. All they did was wipe down the sides, the surface and rinsed the oven tray inside. Took them about 15/20 mins. When I asked them why parts were still dirty, they spoke hardly any English so it was difficult to communicate. There was still grime all around the door and they didn’t even touch the top of the oven. Don’t waste your money and use these people. You will get a bunch of foreigners come and carry out a really rubbish job. Look else where.

Valentin and Sisi were great, very professional and thorough. Would definitely recommend.

The communication up front was fast, the service explained. On the day the cleaning was not upto the standard I expected. They say they have photos from the cleaners that prove cleanliness but they would not provide them. The house had been newly decorated and inspcted before the day of the cleaning. A dent in the paintwork was found post cleaning, however they deny this was due to the cleaners, however this cannot be true due to the inspection. The cleaners left cigarette butts ont he premises, which they cleaned up on request. I would not recomment them.

Ordered on their website, got a message thanking me for my order and saying they would be in touch confirming all ok. No contact left 3 voice messages eventually got a call back saying no record of order or voice calls and it wont be happening. Lost slot with alternative cleaner. Only used as previously used in the same location and the quality was excellent. Communication is key.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I called to get an appointment and they took $50 as a deposit fee. I canceled 10 days before I had them scheduled and they kept my money. What company takes $50 from a person who cancelled 10 days prior to the appointment? I called, which no one answers, so I texted. The receptionist calls me screaming and hung up on me, without letting me talk. - very unprofessional.

Booked an end of tenancy. Cleaners showed up late. Didn’t even clean half the house properly. When brought to management, poor resolution. Stay away

I had Monster Services sort my end of tenancy clean. It was a large 2 bed 2 bath flat and the team had it sorted in half a day. I searched for many quotes across Kingston, and Monster were the most competitive. Great value, great service, would use again. Thank you!

I arranged for carpet cleaning via a website carpetcleaningegham.com which advertises top of the notch machines and good service. I was contacted by e mail by monster cleaning and arrangements for time, date and deposit were made. Agent turned up 2 hours late. Machine was held together by duck tape and leaking. No steam clean was conducted as advertised. I have never seen equipment in this state. After 30 minutes of setting up it turned out it was broken and agent asked if I would wait another hour for someone else to come and drop off a part he now needed to make it work. So 3 and half hours later the clean went ahead. Arrangements were 4 pm. It was started at 7.30pm and finished around 8.30-9pm. Carpet has dried by next day evening. The cleaning has Not removed the dirt from high traffic areas ( I keep my carpet in good condition so it was not that bad to start with). Carpet has now lifted off the underlay, has waves and bubbles in it anschas come away in places. The agent did apologise and said he did the best with the equipment he has been given when leaving. I have now been left with trying to find a way to salvage the damage.

Really punctual friendly guy, turned up with another cleaner to clean my extremely dirty oven and extractor fan which had been left filthy by previous occupants. He was unable to clean the inside ceiling of the oven because he said he didn't want to get burned, although I wasn't sure whether he meant with his cleaning chemicals or the electricity - unclear as to why an oven would be switched on when cleaning it with liquid?! This company - like others I am sure - use really strong chemicals which aggravated my throat and I had to leave the kitchen. Before I left I asked does your employer supply you with masks? And he said no... Beware that some of these cleaning companies will be happy to take your money as a customer, probably pay their workers a mere pittance and won't give much regard for the health and safety of their workers!

Efficient friendly and professional cleaners who were thorough. Can’t ask for more. They did exactly what we expected them too and did it well! Will definitely be using this company again.

I booked an end of tenancy clean. I asked them to check the state of house first & then paid the 30% deposit. They started the work, however not even halfway through the cleaning they packed up & left & also left their rubbish behind all scattered everywhere ! The “clean” that was done in the bathroom was appalling not to mention the kitchen that they left in a worse state than when they started. No carpets were even touched & they didn’t even start in the reception rooms. It was a terrible quality of cleaning & I had to try & salvage the situation myself at the last minute as new tenants were moving in soon. To compound it they then block/ignore all calls & emails to ascertain solution. I will try & upload the pictures of how they left it as its actually unimaginable. Please stay away from this company.

No wonder the score here is 3.2. STAY away from them. I booked end of tenancy service and paid £70 deposit. They came over 2 hours late. When I returned to the place to check on their folks, I saw 2 guys seating outside in the communal garden smoking and drinking beer and they had not started the work yet! When I asked them to start, they told me they need a break from the previous job. I was later received formal complain from the neighbours.
I came back in a few hours, and I saw a guy with a cigarette on the lips working inside the flat which was shocking. It is late at night and they had not done the job even to 50%. Carpet were not washed. Kitchen appliances were untouched. Behind each door was full of dust and dirt. Funny enough, blinds and balcony were not touched and they told me that it is not in their scope and I had to tell them the place has a small balcony!
I asked my landlord to allow me one more day so we can finish the cleaning job and they did not accept.
Interestingly their team are still harassing me for payment by email and calls!
