Palm trees I ordered were in excellent condition at pickup.

Great way to find the plants you are looking for. I was happy with quality and a reasonable delivery to my local nursery fresh from Monrovia. Plants look great and were carefully handled. My only suggestion, I would like to know more about the size of the plant I am purchasing than just the gallon size of the container it was a little hard to know what to expect.

Prices were so-so; one of our five plants looks like it's dying. :(

In order to match a plant not available at our local nursery at the time we needed it, the nursery suggested ordering directly. Order took 3 weeks, and the plant was much smaller than the size we ordered. And it has not done well...barely surviving. $60 poorly spent. Never again will we order from, or buy Monrovia!

The product I received from them was good. The process before that was, however, very frustrating, aggravating and SLOW. My first experience included an exercise in futility where the website would not let me order the product they said was available. When I called the company to order by phone no one answered the phone--3 times. Then I tried the email contact. Still no response. So I gave up on trying to order those plants. Later, because I could not find what I wanted anywhere else, I resumed my quest to order other plants they showed on the website. That process was a little easier, but the flowers were not white, like the photo and description showed online. They were, in fact, yellow. Yellow was the last color I needed and wanted. I let it go and will not shop with Monrovia again. Disappointing.

I wanted something a little different for my new landscaping project. I knew what I wanted but couldn't find it locally. My nursery, TLC told me about ordering through Monrovia and having it delivered there. It was fast, easy and couldn't have been happier!

The plants we bought directly from Monrovia were every bit as good as described, and were delivered promptly to our local nursery for pickup. We bought plants from several outlets this fall to start our perennial garden, and the Monrovia experience and quality was at the top of the group. We'll definitely consider them the next time we are buying plants!

Wish there were more nursery's that excepted special orders.

My experience from purchase to planting is exceptional. Yes, you wait for plant delivery from the nursery, however my plants have always been fresh, lush and well hydrated. My purchases over the last 2+ years, totaling four figures is the reason I continue the process.
No searching the local nursery retailers for products that they don't carry or have been picket-over. Train your brain for a better process. Plan, execute purchase, execute bedding prep and wait a little for your plants. The best enjoyment is looking back at your seamless planting process and realizing it doesn't require the normal madness.
Buy direct and get quality from the best, Monrovia!!! Yeah!

I had been having trouble finding several hibiscus plants. Monrovia had them available and shipped the plants to a local nursery at no charge. Not only were they in great shape, but I also had the chance to find several other plants at the nursery. When I ordered a fourth hibiscus, Monrovia took the order and charged me, but notified me that the plant was no longer available and refunded the money. I will continue to buy from them over the next few years.

Everything went fine with my purchase from Monrovia. Have no bad comments at all.

Ordered a Trumpet vine, first one came to a local nursery, big mixup by the time I was notified the plant was half dead. Monrovia came through with a new one that came with all the foliage burnt. So the nursery gave me both plants, half dead.

Monrovia's customer service is excellent snd our plants arrived quickly.
