I had a great experience with Monrovia! I placed an order on the Monrovia website, and they shipped my plants very quickly to a nearby nursery -
for free! Turns out I mistakenly ordered shrubs on the website rather than trees (I wanted trees). When I contacted Monrovia about the issue, they let me exchange my shrubs for the trees, took back the shrubs, and shipped out the new trees -- all without any extra charges (and didn't even charge me the price difference)! I was extremely pleased with the customer service as well as the quality of the trees at Monrovia. Thanks so much -- I will definitely order from the site again, as well as recommend to friends!

I could not Believe my eyes when I went and picked up my plants that I had ordered online from Monrovia.com. They were HUGE! They were so healthy and had obviously been planted in rich soil/humus and fertilized while they were growing. The difference between buying my plants from Monrovia.com and buying the other plants from Home Depot and Lowe's was undeniable. Although it took some patience while waiting for my order to arrive, it was definitely worth the wait. I will Definitely order plants from Monrovia.com again in the future. I Highly recommend this avenue of shopping to anyone who wants to get healthy, vigorous, vibrant plants for their money.

Sorry, Monrovia. The plants I picked up at my local garden center, which were directly ordered from Monrovi,a were yellowed and peaked-looking. Within a few days after planting in the ground, both plants were dead. Of course I am disappointed in the plants dying, but I am just as disappointed in having provided feedback to your website and not hearing a thing back.

I bought several plants from Monrovia this late summer and fall of 2017. Ordering was easy and I had to pick them up at 2 different nurseries as I made the orders on different dates. The first was to a nursery i frequent; the second was 70 miles away and there was no closer pickup locations. That nursery suggested that the first place wasn't receiving anymore deliveries because of the time of year. It was my choice to order the plants and drive so far (which I had to do twice as there was a problem) but i would hesitate to repeat it. The plants are all doing fine. And a positive is I did discover a new location.

The Sweet Autumn Breeze clematis that I ordered has grown 2 feet taller in a month and is climbing the trellis in my garden. The very healthy plant was thriving upon arrival and has the potential for becoming a showy spot over the trellised archway leading to my front door.

I plan on using them again and again! Big beautiful healthy plants!

Been looking for some particular vines (peaches and cream honeysuckle) for 2 years found them through Monrovia ...delighted. Only wish they had a nursery that the plants could be delivered to closer to home.

The nursery never heard of any purchase from me...I paid for a shrub I never received.Truly UNACEPTABLE

First time I ordered through buy Monrovia, my order was not filled. The only way I knew that my order was not filled was seeing the original charge credited back to my bank. There was no communication from Monrovia about what the issue was and it was not until I contacted Monrovia that I was able to find out.
However, Monrovia was very helpful after that, reordering the items for me and giving me a decent discount for the botched original order. Plants came as promised and good communication along the way, including shipping information. Nursery where the plants were sent was very good in arrival notification.

I purchased an agave "Ferdinand" and I received a beautiful plant with many offsets, It was shipped early and I was able to pick it up locally!

Orders placed and plants received that are better than plants obtained locally. I know the orders come from Monrovia, California and when they are received in North Georgia, the plants are spectacular. Thank you

Great company to deal with and great products! Needed to special order a replacement hedge from them to match a hedge of their product many years ago. Ordered hedge and had shipped to local nursery. Was terrific customer service.

prefer to directly receive online product, not delivered to local retail outlet but do like 'no shipping fee' and good product selection but wonder why more products aren't available 'online'?
