VoiceNation seems like the most thorough AND budget friendly receptionist service. They have a myriad of plans that can fit your needs, and I feel like my business is in very good hands when new clients call.

Deborah was the first person I met with and she was prompt, friendly, explained everything well, and was super patient with me when I had a bunch of questions. Would definitely recommend working with Deborah!

I met with Lauri the second day to finalize the onboarding process and go over the scripted responses for all the different scenarios and she was a joy to work with. She was also super personable, patient, funny, and it felt really nice to be meeting with a great person who I'm trusting my business needs with.

We're in transition of moving locations & staffing changes and know that we are in great hands with VoiceNation as they have been instrumental in assisting us with the calls. I appreciate that the appropriate people are getting the messages directly.

Rachel made the onboarding straightforward and simple. Now we wait to see how the rest goes!

Jessica is absolutely amazing, i had multiple accounts that needed to be changed and reviewed, she was quick to get a meeting scheduled and when we ran out of time, she scheduled even more time to make sure everything was correct and ready to go! she answered all of our questions and concerns and was extremely knowledgeable! she set aside so much of her day for me yesterday and im grateful! she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the service and mitigate the issues we were having!

The only reason that this is not 5-stars is due to some of the operators not following protocol, which is not in Amber's control but does impact the overall experience with VoiceNation. Amber herself is 10 stars!!!

I am never impressed with a company that makes it difficult to cancel service. I am now trying for the third time to cancel my voicenation service. No one ever gets back to me.

Today I spoke to a customer service rep who claimed that there is a 30-day cancellation policy - which is absolutely not what their website says.

Jessica has been such an asset since we have started using VoiceNation. Anytime I have had an issue she has jumped in and taken care of it. Her customer service is unmatched. Thank you Jessica!
