Absolute thieves keep saying they been delivered no proof no tracking keep saying they will repost but nothing please don’t fall for this scam

Scam company keep your money.
My wife brought me 2 pairs of trousers,
We followed the tracking in took 32 days and it said delivered but we never received them.
As I said Iin the beginning keep you money.
I doubt that there ever was any trousers.

I purchased 3 items since 5th April 2026, till now 18th May 2026 the items have not been received. The tracking system is showing delivered but I have not received anything. Their customer service is just as useless, I have sent numerous emails but no response. They are scammers...

Mondsd / Jenkins. Goods didnt arrive, shop doesn't reply to emails, uk contact number is not active. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. not only has this wasted moneybit has also wasted a month awaiting for a delivery that has not arrived.

Avoid this company at all cost…..

It’s been 2 months and still not received my goods. I have had email communication with Mondsd on numerous occasions, mainly them apologising for the late delivery. They even offered to send me a free present. I finally asked for a refund, 3 weeks later still nothing……..

Tracking that was long shipping time, and ended with delivered, BUT no parcel or information from my countrys delivery agents, Have mailed two times, and no answer..This is a scam site that only takes your money, and gives NO Delivery....WATCH OUT !!!

Total scam company. As everyone else, ordered five weeks ago. They said that my items have been delivered which they haven’t. No answer from customer support.

Stay away from this website. they will take your money no delivery. I had to select one start if i had option i would give -ve 5.

I am surprised that platform like shopify and Klarna let these people put fake websites online to scam people and do nothing about it. there must be some measures and checks to ensure such scammers cannot use such platforms so people do not lose their trust.

@Shopify and @Klarna must take action and take their shop offline.

Ordered 7 weeks ago had e mails about my order been delivered and of course it hasnt kept promising new tracking no and a free gift for inconvenience!!!! now stopped replyi g to my e.mails this company needs reporting and stopping scamming people between me and my husband lost about 80 pounds

Stupidly ordered from TikTok shop. Tracking says the item is in Spain after 22 travel from China. meanwhile tracking on SHOP app says item still in China. The tracking on the webpage does not work and there is wording missing on the webpage which looks like it was cloned badly. I sent an email to mondsd.shop telling them to cancel the order because I believe them to be fraudulent and contacted my bank for a refund request and the information above. I believe that the fake tracking is to make people wait until bank refund is impossible.

UPDATE: Just received confirmation of delivery (on a SUNDAY) .. exactly 31 days after purchase which says to me that the delivery notification is automated. Of course nothing has been delivered. Have contacted my bank again and now hoping for a refund

Ordered a month ago, states has been delivered in China. No way of contacting courier and company takes no responsibility for shipping. DO NOT BUY FROM

Ordered over a month ago. No items delivered. Tracking still shows china.
I emailed customer service a couple times over the period of ordering.. asking for a refund or update - and i got very similar emails each time and will not refund.
The whole website is a scam!

Its a dropshipping scam, i got sent a tracking link in a app and it was in china for 30 days, then it said it had been delivered but i never received anything, when i contacted customer support about it i never got a answer

I paid £32 for a pair off training shoes 1 month ago still haven’t received them and today I got a notification on the shop app saying that I received them today I never received anything AVOID Jenkins
