Item didn't arrive.
Supplier didnt reply to emails.
Starting credit card charge back.
Dont send this company ANY money.
Its a scam.

Odered two cycling jersey/shorts, as others have said a third item was added and I was charged, I challended this as noticed it straight away, and was told it was too late the order had been processed (in 90 seconds???) and I could return on receipt to get a refund, goods came weeks later, obviously fake items and to cap it all they sent the wrong sizes, I have e mailed re returns but not had a reply....AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Claimed to be shop in Bristol - even showed a picture ... It is not! Got sent two pieces of poor quality clothing, even though I only ordered one. There was a box I didn't untick... Therefore, I was charged 5 days later. Avoid avoid avoid...
Communication has now stopped as I have asked to return items. Like previous comments I don't have much hope of this.

As others have mentioned, this company is selling fake cycling clothing, disappointing. Avoid!

Very disappointing, the shoes that I bought were like wearing Wellington boots.
Offered a 10% refund of the original cost if I don't want to return them.
Like others have found out the Bristol shop seems to be a scam.

I fell for the same Bristol shop closing down story. I did eventually receive the goods. Clearly Chinese made.

Online page still citing 80% off sale ends today, 6 weeks later.

Sought to return and received the following:

Ok, so at least we now have a person and address - legit!???

Whether I send back (and at what cost is to be decided. If I do then whether I actually receive a refund if I do is also a huge ?

Beware!

Fraudulent online business, providing fake counterfeit products that are entirely misshaped and inferior.
It has a back story about being a former shop based in Bristol and it is entirely fake. There is no UK based address on its website in order to contact them or deal with returns.
I anticipate that I will not receive any refund as is my statutory right under Distance Selling Regs. This outfit needs to be prevented from trading.

This is a fake and highly misleading website claiming to be a Bristol based company but appears to be Chinese. Jenkins Cycling sounds very British and their website claims they have been based in Bristol for 25 years. However I can't find any record that they exist.

They also tick a box during the checkout process which commits you to buying a second of the same item at a small discount - you need to un-tick the box to not be charged for the second item, which they charge you for later, so the initial checkout amount looks like what you're expecting - I struggle to believe this is legal practice. The goods came from China and the clothing had strange designs on the back which were not shown on the photos.

Pretty sure this is a scam or at the very least counterfeit. Ordered online after seeing them advertise a closing down sale on Instagram. Yet to receive the product, I get undeliverable from their email address and the terms of service small print basically say once the item is shipped they wash their hands of any responsibility.

Counterfeit cycling products absolutely would not buy
