Adds a 3.5% payment processing fee to…
Adds a 3.5% payment processing fee to all transactions including personal card - despite it being illegal in the EU and UK since 13 January 2018. Claimed it was their card processing supplier - doesn't matter and they would know its illegal. Refused to remove or amend the price said I had to pay the charge - even when pointed out it was illegal of them to do this. Doesn't look good conning your customers. Said I could pay direct without the protection of the credit card system :-s
