Customer friendly, fast, good quality

Update after order delivery: the Monday team offered to discuss order issues over a call. We addressed what happened and they offered a credit to compensate with delivery issues + explained they are working on improving the ordering process and transaparency on available vs sold out items. Very appreciated! And again, products are great.

2/2 bad experiences with Monday Merch, which is a shame as they seem to have the best storefront and product selection out there.

Main issues:
- Sold out items: Monday does not communicate/show when products or colors are sold out/not available upfront. You only find out at the very last moment when placing your order with your consultant. This typically slows things down and creates frustration. Just state on the website what is available and what's not.
- Delivery: getting the orders shipped on time drove me crazy. Despite concerns expressed on wanting things delivered early to reduce risk (with reassurance from Monday that "no worries, everything will be with you on time I promise") we had a terrible experience with courriers stating we provided an invalid address (?!) and ending up having to pick orders up from FedEx facilities on our own (1h drive) and from random pick up points.

I'm so frustrated because I think product quality and selection are outstanding.

Reliable and high-quality supplier

This is the second time we've ordered printed Tote Bags with that company and we're very happy about the result.

The customer service is very friendly and responsive. We're especially surprised by the amount of different styles and formats of bag Monday Merch offers.

The quality of all products we've ordered so far, totally meets our requirements.

We're looking forward to the next project with them :)

Product was great and delivered on time. I was a bit nervous because of the time constraints, but Monday Merch came through for my team event!

However, I was inadvertently charged twice due to an error with their invoice notification system. Customer Service quickly realized the error and offered reimbursement solutions. My company is responsible for paying the second international transaction fee issued by our bank. Monday Merch advised they wouldn't reimburse for this expense which is understandable but still unfortunate.

Overall, my experience was great aside from this invoicing/payment issue.

I had an issue with processes at Monday Merch about a month ago, but I've reviewed this and redone my review after they reached out to me. So I think i should be fair to them.

Top Produkte, schnelle Lieferung und sehr freundlicher Kundenservice (transparente, schnelle Kommunikation). Ein Artikel wurde bei der Produktion beschädigt, was aber proaktiv kommuniziert und direkt erstattet wurde.

Super Produkte und Kundenservice! Auf meine Anfragen wurde immer schnell eingegangen und auch die Lieferung klappte ohne jegliche Probleme!
